Aedas新作 | 钜城酒店综合体，长春CBD新地标-建筑档案

由Aedas执行董事李志浩带领团队打造的长春钜城酒店综合体，已于2020年竣工交付。项目位于长春南部新城享有盛名的金腰带商务区，比邻光明公园，是由一栋五星级酒店、莎玛汇酒店以及商业裙房组成的长春全新星级酒店综合体地标。

Completed in 2020, the new Hotel Complex is located in Southern Urban Economic Development Zone in Changchun, serving as a new hotel landmark in the city. Led by Aedas Executive Director Dimi Lee, the project is comprised of a 5-star hotel, a retail podium and the Shama Hub Hotel.

李志浩介绍道："我们希望项目既能与城市环境融为一体，又能保有自身独特的气质。整体设计以矩形建筑轮廓搭配垂直装饰条，营造出简约典雅的建筑形象。功能分区明确的前提下，优化五星级酒店、莎玛汇公寓式酒店以及商业裙房的空间规划。”

Dimi describes, ‘The design has a unique architectural language, also enjoying a harmony with the surrounding developments. The rectangular buildings complemented with vertical fins create a simple and elegant architectural form, ensuring the functions are clearly zoned and optimizing the spatial planning.’

团队将五星级酒店塔楼设置于西北侧，莎玛汇酒店设置于东南侧，两栋塔楼垂直排布，能有效避免对视和遮挡问题，享有无遮挡的景观视野。同时，首层围合出中央绿化庭院，有效组织流线，形成有趣的空间组合，提供绿意盎然的和谐到达感。

The hotel building is located in the northwest while the Shama Hub is in the southeast, optimizing the view and forming a courtyard in the centre, which provides a unique and welcoming sense of arrival with greenery.

塔楼平面采用折线造型，能透过成角度的玻璃面将阳光充分引入室内，形成明亮的客房环境之余，使外立面在高纬度阳光的照射下，产生丰富的光影变化效果，为项目注入了活力和生机。

The tower uses folding design on plan, vitalizing the interiors with sufficient sunlight and creating a warm guestroom ambience, and also generating a vibrant effect of façade in the help of the sun in high latitude.

两座塔楼和商业裙房采用一致的设计风格，营造出统一的视觉和谐感。外立面主要采用浅黄色石材和蓝灰色玻璃，与规整的简约建筑造型相得益彰，构建出淡雅朴素的建筑形象。

Both buildings and the retail podium are in congruent design style, providing a unified visual experience. Light yellow stone and grey blue glazing are adapted to the façade, which synchronize with the neat architectural form to deliver an elegant image for the buildings.

“从宏观布局到细节推敲，通过全方位的思考，我们将项目打造成为片区的新地标，以不张扬、和谐典雅为项目主要风格导向，将业主和酒店的品牌理念与我们的设计概念融为一体。”李志浩如是说。
