近期,由gmp·冯·格康,玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所和同济大学建筑设计研究院(集团)有限公司组成的联合体在“中煤雄安科创园项目”概念设计方案征集中获胜,将为中国中煤能源集团有限公司在雄安新区打造一片新的办公、科创园区。设计以“碳晶绿谷”为核心理念,契合规划,融入文脉,秩序严谨,疏密有致,力求打造融合自然、品质卓越的现代化建筑群。
Recently, the consortium consisting of gmp - Architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners and Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd. won the conceptual design competition for the "China Coal Xiong‘an Sci-Tech Innovation Campus," and will design the new office park for China Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd. in Xiong'an New Area. The scheme takes "Carbon Crystal Green Valley" as its core concept. Aligned with planning, integrated with cultural context, rigorously ordered, and with well-spaced density, it strives to create a modern architectural complex that blends with nature and achieves outstanding quality.

项目基地位于雄安新区启动区核心位置,修长的基地对设计提出挑战——建筑群既要沿纵向形成鲜明的节奏感,也要注意避免成为过长的“城市墙”,兼顾后排建筑的景观视线通透性。设计方案巧妙回应了城市肌理,采用多塔互连的总平面布局,进退有序,同时打造了整体的企业形象。五座塔楼前后交替排列,其中三座贴邻北侧主干道,如台阶般逐级升高。顺应核心区天际线规划的同时,象征着企业的持续增长与活力。裙房体块则以严密的秩序衔接各塔,底层挑高中庭为使用者提供了开阔的室内空间,同时巧妙地将北侧大面积的绿化和水景引入建筑内部,将城市绿意与建筑空间巧妙融合。
The project site is located at the core of the Xiong'an New Area starting zone. The elongated site presents design challenges—the building complex should form a distinct rhythm along the longitudinal direction while avoiding becoming an overly long "urban wall," and must also consider the view permeability for buildings at the rear. The design scheme responds to the urban fabric, adopting a layout of multiple interconnected towers with orderly setbacks and advances, while creating a unified corporate image. Five towers are arranged alternately in the front and rear, with three adjacent to the main road on the north side, rising like steps. While conforming to the core area skyline planning, this symbolizes the enterprise's continuous growth and vitality. The podium volumes connect the towers with rigorous order, the raised atrium at the ground floor provides users with spacious interior space while introducing the large green landscape and water features on the north side into the building, seamlessly integrating urban greenery with architectural space.

建筑设计从煤炭中碳元素物质微观结构中汲取灵感,不论是石墨烯还是碳纳米管,都遵循着六边形的分子结构。塔楼平面采用集中核心筒形式,标准层空间的层高4.39米,净高约2.9米,空间进深10-12米,采光良好;幕墙设计南北立面结合水平遮阳,东西立面采用折线型,利于天然采光和遮阳。平面与幕墙均采用了模数化设计,以实现高效的空间利用和施工效率。
The architectural design draws inspiration from the microstructure of the carbon element in coal. Whether it is graphene or carbon nanotubes, both follow a hexagonal molecular structure. The tower plan adopts a centralized core tube form, with a functional space of 4.39 meters in height, 2.9meters in clear height, and 10-12 meters in depth. ensuring good daylighting; the curtain wall design combines horizontal sunshades on the north and south facades, and a broken line type on the east and west facades, which is conducive to natural lighting and sun shading. Both the floor plans and curtain walls employ modular design to achieve efficient space utilization and construction efficiency.

项目主导功能以办公为主,设置管理、企业展示、服务配套及配建设施功能,办公空间在考虑多元化办公需求的基础上,统筹配置服务功能。
The project is primarily office-oriented, incorporating functions such as management, corporate exhibitions, service support, and ancillary facilities. Office spaces coordinate and integrate service functions based on diversified office needs.

裙房的首二层仿佛悬浮于五座塔楼之间,形成一个贯通的大厅空间,为使用者提供了一个开阔且灵活的公共区域。大堂空间作为建筑的核心,通过东西向的连通设计,确保了各个入口之间的无缝连接。
The first two levels of the podium appear to float between the five towers, forming a continuous lobby space, providing users with an open and flexible public area. The east-west connected lobby space serves as the core of the building, ensuring seamless connections between various entrances.

幕墙设计理念和建筑规划理念一脉相承,同样遵循简洁、统一且多样的原则。六边形建筑立面设计带来了积极采光和更开阔的视野。使人从城市各个角度观看更加生动。能够巧妙地应对不同的幕墙分格形式。可以在不改变建筑整体感觉的情况下轻松应对未来的调整。
The facade design concept aligns with architectural philosophy, adhering to principles of simplicity, unity, and diversity. The hexagonal building facade brings positive daylighting and broader views, making the building appear more dynamic from various urban perspectives. It can respond to different curtain wall grid patterns and easily accommodate future adjustments without changing the overall building impression.

立面设计以节能为核心,不仅考虑了日照因素,还兼顾了视野因素。东西立面则采用折板设计,应对太阳高度角较低的问题,进一步优化采光和遮阳效果。
The facade design focuses on energy conservation, considering both solar radiation and view factors. The east and west facades adopt a folded plate design to address the issue of low solar altitude angles, further optimizing lighting and shading effects.

幕墙设计采用了多项创新技术,以提升建筑的环境性能和使用者的舒适度。幕墙带有可开启通风扇,确保了良好的自然通风,减少了对机械通风系统的依赖。
The curtain wall employs multiple innovative technologies to enhance the building's environmental performance and user comfort. It features openable windows, ensuring good natural ventilation and reducing reliance on mechanical ventilation systems.

景观设计采用了六边形母题,这一几何形态不仅呼应了建筑的整体设计语言,还为景观布局带来了独特的秩序感和节奏感。六边形的模块化设计使得景观元素能够灵活组合,形成丰富的空间层次,同时增强了景观的视觉吸引力。地块南侧中央特别打造了街角游园,有机延续规划绿环,为街区之心辟出开放绿谷,供人休憩、运动与交流。
The landscape design adopts a hexagonal motif, which not only echoes the overall architectural language but also brings a unique order and rhythm to the landscape layout. The modular design of hexagons allows landscape elements to be flexibly combined, forming rich spatial layers while enhancing the visual appeal of the landscape. A street corner park is specially created at the center of the south side of the plot, organically continuing the planned green ring and carving out an open green valley at the heart of the block for people to rest, exercise, and interact.
