gmp新作 | 张江模力社区-建筑档案

gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所于2019年在上海张江科学城两大核心地块——张江模力社区概念建筑方案的竞赛中拔得头筹，并获得该项目建筑设计的委托。项目由分布于道路两侧的八栋建筑组成，构建出一个以科技创新产业为核心，融合办公、文化、公寓与商业功能的复合型城市街区，目前项目已正式竣工。

In 2019, architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) won first prize in the competition for the two core plots of Zhangjiang Science City, Zhangjiang Model Matrix Community, and was commissioned with the architectural design of the launch area. The complex consists of eight buildings distributed across two sites on either side of a central road, forming a mixed-use urban district centered on technology and innovation industries while integrating offices, cultural facilities, apartments, and retail functions. The project has recently been completed.

张江科学城位于上海中心城区东南部、浦东新区核心地带，毗邻陆家嘴金融贸易区，距离浦东国际机场仅约15分钟车程。gmp所规划的两个地块处于科学城的重要门户位置，对新区整体城市形象的塑造具有关键意义。

Located in the southeastern part of central Shanghai and at the core of Pudong New Area, Zhangjiang Science City lies adjacent to the Lujiazui Financial District and is located approximately a 15-minute drive from Pudong International Airport. The two plots designed by gmp occupy a prominent gateway position within Science City and therefore play a key role in shaping the urban identity of the new district.

东西向延伸的中科路构成了基地北侧的城市界面，而纵贯南北的孙家宅河及南侧湿地公园，则为场地赋予了鲜明的滨水景观特征与开放的生态空间。

Zhongke Road, running east to west, defines the northern urban frontage of the site, while the north–south Sunjiazhai River and the wetland park to the south provide a distinctive waterfront character and an open ecological landscape.

两个地块以乐川路及中央景观带为界彼此分隔，却通过统一而富有辨识度的建筑语言形成整体性的空间体验。其中，三座高度分别为150米、110米与73米的办公塔楼共同构成区域天际线，并通过立面设计建立起丰富而协调的视觉联系。

Even though the two plots are separated by Lechuan Road and a central landscape, they are unified through a coherent and recognizable architectural language that creates a continuous spatial experience. Three office towers, rising to heights of 150 meters, 110 meters, and 73 meters respectively, define the skyline of the district and establish a visual relationship through their facade design.

每座塔楼均设置了两层至三层通高的“阳光大厅”，作为垂直办公体系中的共享交流空间。塔楼立面采用白色竖向肌理构件，与阳光大厅通透、平滑的玻璃界面形成鲜明对比，强化了建筑的层次感与可识别性。在内部空间中，阳光大厅与办公区域之间取消了传统意义上的墙体分隔，使其成为办公环境的自然延伸。

Each tower incorporates double- to triple-height “sun halls” that function as shared communication spaces within the vertical office environment. The facades combine white vertical elements with the transparent and smooth glazed surfaces of the sun halls, creating a strong contrast that enhances the buildings’ spatial depth and visual identity. Internally, the conventional separation between the sun halls and the office spaces has been omitted, allowing these shared spaces to become a natural extension of the working environment.

塔楼裙房则采用“堆叠盒子”的设计策略。横向延伸、配备大面积玻璃开窗的低层体量，与高层塔楼强调垂直分格的立面形成对照，同时在尺度上实现与周边城市空间的衔接。裙房内部除商业与餐饮功能外，还设置了开放共享的办公空间，为年轻创业者与初创企业提供灵活的工作环境。这些“盒子”体量在不同标高之间错动排列，由此形成的露台、挑台与屋顶花园，为使用者提供了丰富的休憩与交流场所。

The podium buildings follow a “stacked box” design strategy. Their horizontally extended low-rise volumes, characterized by large, glazed openings, contrast with the vertically articulated facades of the towers while establishing an urban scale that relates to the surrounding public realm. In addition to retail and dining functions, the podiums accommodate open and shared office spaces designed to provide flexible working environments for young entrepreneurs and start-ups. The staggered arrangement of the “box” volumes across different levels creates terraces, cantilevered platforms, and roof gardens that offer a variety of spaces for relaxation and informal exchange.

两栋公寓建筑采用错位布局，以减少建筑之间的相互遮挡，使更多居住单元能够面向湿地公园获得开阔景观。项目共设置395套公寓，面积约50至135平方米不等，均配备宽敞的开放式阳台。公寓主要面向在张江科学城工作的年轻科研人员，“职住近邻”的规划理念不仅提升了生活便利性，也有助于降低通勤带来的碳排放，回应了可持续城市发展的目标。

The two residential buildings are arranged in offset configuration to minimize mutual overlooking and allow a greater number of apartments to benefit from views toward the wetland park. 395 apartments ranging from approximately 50 to 135 square meters are all equipped with generous open balconies. The apartments are primarily intended for young researchers and professionals working in Zhangjiang Science City. This “live-and-work nearby” planning concept not only improves everyday convenience but also contributes to reducing commuting-related carbon emissions, reflecting the project’s commitment to sustainable urban development.
