中石化将在海口打造一座现代化的超高层建筑综合体，作为海口江东新区天际线上的新标志。近日，gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所在中石化自贸大厦设计方案征集竞赛中获胜。为了塑造形象鲜明而语言统一的建筑整体，设计方案基于缜密的场地分析，采用了标志性的钻石形轮廓。

The Sinopec Group will build a modern super high-rise building complex in Haikou as a new landmark in the skyline of Jiangdong New District of Haikou. Recently, gmp von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects won the competition of Sinopec Free Trade Building in Haikou. For a distinctive yet unified building ensemble, the design proposal develops a three-sided, impressive diamond shape as a result of a careful site analysis.

高达150米的超高层塔楼紧邻江东新区起步区城市主轴线并与之融合，形成辨识度很高的城市地标。建筑三个主立面的朝向恰到好处，南侧为过境形象展示，东侧与城市中轴呼应，西侧丰富城市空间。建筑内所有办公楼层均能享有一览无余的周边美景。钻石型的建筑选型配合三个主立面向内微曲的建筑形态，形成了完美的自遮阳建筑造型，在海口这个低纬度城市，通过建筑造型，从根本上确保绿色生态建筑的可持续性和经济性。

Adjacent to and integrated with the main urban axis in the starting zone of Jiangdong New Area, the 150m super-high-rise tower is a highly distinguishable city landmark. The three main facades are well-oriented: the south façade displays the city image upon arrival, the east façade echoes with the central urban axis, and the west façade enriches the urban space, while all office floors enjoy panoramic view of peripheral landscapes. The diamond building shape combined with the three slightly inward-curved main facades creates perfect sun-shading effect from the sun, fundamentally ensuring the sustainability and cost-effectiveness of a green and ecological building in Haikou, a city of low latitude.

空中露台和特殊功能盒是办公楼层的特色。建筑各个朝向的空中露台及不同标高特殊功能盒，凭借其俯瞰海湾或机场的动人美景，将会是一个极强的、能体现建筑空间价值的设计亮点。地域文化同样作为重要的设计因素融入了本项目的设计，将项目植根于海口当地的气候，同时为中石化打造出鲜明的建筑形象。设计方案采用的特色元素包括：多层立面、骑楼挑檐、自然通风、以及景观与建筑的融合。

The office floors are featured with sky gardens/terraces and the independent function boxes. These features at different directions with their breathtaking views of the coastal bay or the airport are specific design highlights reflecting the value of the building spaces. Local cultures are also integrated as important design elements. Adapting to the local climate of Haikou, the Project presents a characteristic building image for Sinopec. The special elements in the design include multi-layer façade, arcade and cornice, natural ventilation, and integration of landscape in architecture.

海口中石化自贸大厦作为企业支持海南自贸区建设、升级产业形式的重要载体，既根植传统，又融合现代元素，是该区域极具代表性的地标建筑，能够最大限度地服务于其最重要的功能目标，必将成为海口江东新区美好未来的见证者。

Haikou Sinopec free trade building, as an important carrier for enterprises to support the construction of Hainan free trade zone and upgrade the industrial form, is a representative landmark building in the region, which is rooted in tradition and integrates modern elements. It can serve its most important functional objectives to the maximum extent， and will become a witness of the bright future of Jiangdong new area in Haikou.
