由 gmp·冯·格康,玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所设计的阿里中心·杭州未科已正式落成。建筑内部办公空间采用灵活高效的模块化组织方式,以满足新时代工作模式及年轻员工的需求;外部环境则强调立体绿化与开放性,营造出一座融入公园景观的科技园区。
The Alibaba Center in Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City, designed by architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp), has been completed. The office interiors are organized using a flexible and efficient modular system, responding to new working patterns and the needs of a younger workforce. The surrounding environment, vertical greenery, and spatial openness create a technology campus that is integrated within the park landscape.

项目位于杭州城西未来科技城核心区,毗邻中央公园与未来科技文化中心,场地三面环水,拥有优越的自然景观资源。gmp 的设计将整体建筑划分为东、西两个群落,通过一条中央景观绿谷加以串联。
The development is located in the core area of Hangzhou’s Future Sci-Tech City in the western part of the city, adjacent to Central Park and the Cultural Center. Surrounded by water on three sides, the site benefits from outstanding natural landscape features.

绿谷景观向地下延伸至地下一层,并在南侧与城市滨水公园相连接,形成连续的绿色空间体系。场地西北角与东南角分别设置建筑制高点,从而塑造出高低错落、富有节奏感的城市天际线,使项目成为片区的重要地标。
The design divides the buildings into two clusters, to the east and west, with central facilities between them that extend down to the basement level. Links to the waterfront park to the south continue the green open spaces. Architectural high points are placed at the northwest and southeast corners of the site, creating a varied and rhythmic skyline and establishing the development as an important landmark within the district.

面对新时代工作方式的转变及年轻员工的需求,办公空间采用模块化组织方式,以 30×30 米的办公单元为基本模块。各类活动与休闲空间结合布置,为员工提供交流与协作的场所,营造具有归属感的办公环境。园区环境设计强调立体绿化与空间开放性。
In response to evolving work patterns and the expectations of younger employees, the office spaces are organized using a modular concept based on 30-by-30-meter units. Shared activity and relaxation areas provide spaces for communication and collaboration while fostering a sense of identity within the workplace environment.

建筑内凹增加的幕墙展开面、退台形成的屋顶花园以及下沉庭院构成的开放空间,打破了传统办公环境的封闭感,将绿化由地面向上延伸至建筑空间之中,让工作融入自然。建筑底层采用开放、通透的设计,将内部景观空间与城市公共空间自然连接。四通八达的步行系统连接各建筑群与主要入口及南侧公园。
The landscape design emphasizes vertical greenery and spatial openness. Recessed facades, roof gardens on the stepped building volumes, and sunken courtyards form a network of open spaces. These elements break with the traditional sense of enclosure in office environments and extend greenery from the ground level upward into the architecture, allowing work and nature to coexist. The ground floor is shaped by an open and transparent design that connects internal landscape spaces with the city’s public realm. A comprehensive pedestrian network links the different building clusters with the main entrances and the park to the south.
