12月3日，由gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所设计的深铁前海国际枢纽中心项目在深铁前海国际枢纽中心展厅举行了启幕仪式，标志着枢纽中心项目即将面市，迈入成果显现新阶段。

On December 3, the Shenzhen Metro Qianhai International Hub Center project, designed by gmp von Gerkan, Mag & Partners Architects, held its opening ceremony at the Shenzhen Metro Qianhai International Hub Centre Exhibition Hall, marking the official unveiling of the Hub Center project to the public and the beginning of a new phase of its construction.

深铁前海国际枢纽中心项目位于前海深港合作区桂湾片区一单元核心地区，是“亚洲在建规模最大综合交通枢纽”、深圳地铁践行TOD“产城融合”模式的典型项目之一，是粤港澳大湾区中集深港口岸、交通枢纽、立体商业、甲级办公、星级酒店、商务公寓与城市公园于一体的超级枢纽城市综合体。

The Shenzhen Metro Qianhai International Hub Centre project is situated in the core area of Unit 1, Guiwan District, within the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone. It stands as one of Asia's largest integrated transport hubs currently under construction and exemplifies Shenzhen Metro's implementation of the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) model for integrated industry and urban development. This super hub urban complex within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area integrates Shenzhen-Hong Kong port facilities, transport hubs, multi-level commercial spaces, Grade A office buildings, star-rated hotels, serviced apartments and the city parks.

gmp 和中国建筑科学研究院组成的设计联合体自 2013 年中标以来，秉承打造世界一流湾区城市中心的愿景，以“站城一体化”为设计主线，运用开放性的枢纽广场和城市级的景观轴线将枢纽与城市无缝融合；运用空间美学元素打造立体生态景观，将湾区景观与城市空间紧密联接。

Since winning the competition in 2013, the design consortium of gmp and CABR has pursued the vision of creating a world-class urban centre for the Bay Area. Centred on the principle of ‘station-city integration’, the design seamlessly merges the transport hub with the city through an open-plan central plaza and city-scale landscape axes. Spatial aesthetic elements are employed to craft a three-dimensional ecological landscape, tightly connecting the Bay Area's scenery with the urban fabric.

深铁前海国际枢纽中心展厅坐落于前海枢纽中心北端。是 深铁前海国际枢纽中心项目中首栋投入使用的建筑。 该建筑与高层塔楼总体规划无缝衔接，成为连接听海路绿化带、交通枢纽及周边 T1-T3 塔楼的关键纽带。

The Shenzhen Metro Qianhai International Hub Center Exhibition Hall is located at the northern end of the Qianhai Hub. It is the first building to be put into use in the Shenzhen Metro Qianhai International Hub Center project. The building is seamlessly integrated with the overall planning of the high-rise towers, becoming a key link connecting the Tinghai Road green belt, the transportation hub, and the surrounding T1-T3 towers.

作为公共舞台与展示中心的双重设计，展厅充分遵循了深圳地铁“站城一体化”的开发理念，项目首层架空设计，巧妙将公共空间、城市人流与地铁出入口、风口及其他设备用房以及出租车站、活力步行廊道有机融合，是新时代TOD项目的典型范本。

Designed as both a public stage and an exhibition center, the Exhibition Hall fully adheres to the Shenzhen Metro's "station-city integration" development concept. The project's first-floor elevated design cleverly integrates public spaces, urban pedestrian flow, metro entrances and exits, ventilation shafts and other equipment rooms, as well as taxi stands and vibrant pedestrian corridors, making it a typical example of a new era TOD project.

展厅被构思为公共舞台，模糊了观众与表演者的界限，坚挺硬朗的现代建筑和柔美俊秀的中式景观相映成趣。悬浮体量从镜面黑立方中升起，既映照城市景致，又形成晶体般的钻石结构。

The Exhibition Hall is conceived as a public stage, blurring the lines between audience and performers, with its sturdy modern architecture contrasting beautifully with the graceful and elegant Chinese landscape. The suspended volume rises from the mirrored black cube, reflecting the cityscape and forming a crystal-like diamond structure.

目前，深铁前海国际枢纽中心项目的多栋超高层建筑正稳步推进。其中，近300米高的T3/T4栋双子塔建设进展尤为显著。

Currently, multiple super-tall buildings within the Shenzhen Metro Qianhai International Hub Centre project are progressing steadily. Among these, construction of the nearly 300-meter-high T3/T4 Twin Towers has made particularly notable strides.

T3/T4栋双子塔坐落于枢纽主轴线上，其设计灵感源自“清泉石上流”的意境。塔楼标准办公幕墙象征坚稳岩体，公共区域的玻璃幕墙则如飞瀑流水，虚实对比强烈，形成“飞流直下三千尺”的壮阔景象。目前，双子塔幕墙工程即将全面完工。这股飞流直下的“瀑布”将助力深圳打造成为世界级城市中心，也将为粤港澳大湾区的高质量发展注入崭新动能。

Positioned along the hub's central axis, the T3/T4 Twin Towers draw inspiration from the poetic imagery of ‘clear springs flowing over stones’. The towers' standard office facades symbolise solid rock formations, while the public areas' glass curtain walls resemble cascading waterfalls. This stark interplay between solid and transparent elements creates a majestic spectacle reminiscent of ‘waterfalls plunging three thousand feet’. The facade works for the twin towers are almost fully completed. This cascading ‘waterfall’ will bolster Shenzhen's ambition to become a world-class urban centre while injecting fresh momentum into the high-quality development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
