捷报！在近日公布的2025年《世界室内新闻网》大奖（WIN Awards）中，由伍兹贝格担纲室内设计的上海荟聚项目，成功摘得“办公-公共空间类别”铜奖。

Great news! We are pround to announce that the Livat Shanghai has been awarded Bronze in the Workplace Communcal category of the prestigious 2025 World Interior News (WIN) Awards!

作为承载大众美好生活想象的城市聚会综合体，上海荟聚始终以人为核心，将细腻的人文关怀融入日常细节，致力于为消费者创造多元价值。

项目坐落于上海长宁区虹桥临空经济园区，是英格卡购物中心在华打造的第十座聚会体验中心，亦是其在华最大投资项目，涵盖21万平方米的荟聚体验中心（含宜家家居）及6.5万平方米的A-E五栋办公楼（含自用办公）。

Located in the Hongqiao Linkong Economic Zone in Shanghai’s Changning district, the Livat Shanghai represents Ingka Centers’ largest investment to date in China. The complex combines a 210,000 sqm Livat (meeting place) with five mixeduse office towers offering 65,000 sqm of workspace, including its self-office.

伍兹贝格受托为项目量身定制商业与办公空间，将英格卡购物中心“为大众创造更美好日常生活”的品牌愿景，转化为可感知的空间体验。设计范围涵盖A、B、D座大堂、D座展示中心以及六层荟聚体验中心。

Woods Bagot’s scope for the workplace interiors includes the office lobby in tower A, public lobby and showroom in tower D, as well as leasing office lobby in tower B, while the retail interiors covers 6 floors across the Livat shopping center. The project team translate Ingka Centers’ (formerly IKEA Centres) brand vision of “to create a better everyday life for the many people” into physical experience”, bringing Scandinavian simplicity to Shanghai through warmth, functionality, and minimalist aesthetics.

设计以“实用、极简、永恒”的斯堪的纳维亚原则为基底，通过纯粹的形态、天然的材料与克制的细节，巧妙融合北欧风情与上海都市语境，营造出温暖且引人入胜的环境，自然激发人与人之间的互动与相聚。

Guided by practical functionality and refined Scandinavian simplicity, the interiors embody timeless principles: clean forms, natural materials, and thoughtful minimalism. The spaces blend Nordic influences with Shanghai’s urban context to create warm, welcoming environments that foster natural connection and gathering.

从项目初期至落地，伍兹贝格与英格卡团队采用共创协作模式，确保品牌理念深度融入从休憩区到协作区的每一处空间细节，共同诠释斯堪的纳维亚设计的持久魅力。

A co-creation process between Woods Bagot and Ingka Centers ensured the client’s philosophy was translated into every detail. From lounges to breakout areas, each space celebrates purity, simplicity and practicality – demonstrating how purposeful Scandinavian design remains both accessible and enduring. The result is a harmonious environment where Nordic sensibility finds its natural expression in Shanghai.

“我们希望打造一个能培育信任、满足期待、并积极影响社区的场所。最终成果也令人欣慰，北欧设计智慧在上海自然生长，展现出斯堪的纳维亚设计历久弥新的包容力与生命力。”合伙人、全球商业设计负责人叶浩辉表示。

基于这一愿景，设计团队将A、B两座塔楼之间原有的建筑空隙，巧妙转化为一个具有温暖质感的社交枢纽。

The client’s vision for a great meeting place guided the design – a space that fosters trust, fulfills desires, and positively impacts the community. Taking advantage of the existing architectural void outline in tower A & B, the atrium transforms into an urban plaza where people naturally gather and socialize with flexible, non-corporate layouts.

一座跨越五层的雕塑感楼梯成为视觉与动线的焦点，它不仅连接各功能区，更与周边灵活的FIKA休息区、共享图书馆及模块化座位相融合，在开阔空间中创造出一系列富有节奏的“社交口袋”，促进员工在自然相遇中互动，以人性化尺度营造出温馨、健康且充满灵感的办公日常，完美呼应了“创造卓越聚会场所”的品牌初心。

At its core, a sculptural oak-clad staircase spans five levels, functioning as more than just circulation – it becomes social infrastructure. Its stepped design serves as seating, impromptu meeting spots, and event space. Surrounding zones include a café and library for casual interactions; FIKA (coffee break culture) areas with modular furnishings; and curved wood batten screens that carve intimate niches within generous volume, creating a rhythm of social pockets. By blurring boundaries between movement and gathering, the plaza becomes an adaptable space that aligns with client’s vision of “creating great meeting places”.

打造多维感官之旅

在D座，设计团队重塑了公共大堂狭长通道的形态与功能。通过拆解墙体元素，有效削弱了原有的“隧道效应”，营造出更流畅、更宜人的通行体验。

In tower D, the public lobby’s long, narrow transit zone was also reimagined to enhance flow and human scale. Breaking down wall elements minimizes the tunnel effect, creating a more welcoming journey.

六楼的展示中心则彻底跳脱传统销售模式，与楼下空间共同构成一个三段式的探索序列。访客将依次经过艺廊、FIKA咖啡休闲区与销售办公室，每个区域均经过精心策展，鼓励停留与对话，让人在沉浸中深入了解英格卡的企业文化与办公理念。

In level 6, the showroom completes this communal trilogy by breaking from traditional sales offices, exploring how the space could evoke a multi-sensory experience. The final journey enables visitors to explore Ingka Center’s culture and office typology through three key zones – Gallery, FIKA Zones, Sales office – each curated for pause and engagements.

材质运亦扮演关键角色：浅木色格栅与灰色瓷砖形成冷暖对比，平衡温馨与现代感。本地取材与大量绿植的运用，在降低碳足迹的同时，也强化了可持续的品牌承诺。

Materiality plays a crucial role – light wood battens contrast with grey tiles, balancing warmth and modernity. Locally sourced materials and greenery minimize carbon footprint while reinforcing sustainability.

商业升级

从宜家到荟聚

商业部分“荟聚体验中心”涵盖地下二层至四层，以宜家家居为主力店，延续北欧生活理念，致力于打造集灵感、体验与社交于一体的多元化目的地。

With IKEA as its anchor and Nordic principles as its guide, the retail realm of Livat Shanghai redefines the very idea of a mall. It is a multi-level sanctuary that moves beyond shopping to masterfully weave together inspiration, discovery, and community.

设计从斯堪的纳维亚半岛自然景观中汲取灵感，将“山脉、森林、河流” 三大意象转化为主题空间，结合城市集市、北欧小镇、微风露台与可持续共创空间“创聚场”，共同构筑出开放而舒适的公共氛围。

The interior narrative is inspired by Scandinavian nature, unfolding across three distinct experimental hubs - "Mountains," "Rivers," and "Forests." This framework transforms the conventional mall into a dynamic tapestry of social spaces. Amenities like the curated Citymart, Scandi Village, the airy Breezing Terrace, and the collaborative "Innovation Hub" further enrich the experience, fostering an environment that is both stimulating and welcoming.

自投入运营以来，上海荟聚办公板块已吸引多家跨国公司与本土优质企业入驻；商业部分则创下71%品牌首店率的佳绩。作为上海西部新地标，项目成功突破了传统商业空间的局限，与社区及顾客建立了深厚的情感连接，已成为一个真正融合时尚娱乐、健康餐饮与商务办公的多场景聚会体验中心。

This vision has come to fruition. The office component draws leading multinational and local enterprises, while the retail quarter achieves a striking 71% debut rate for new brands. As a new landmark for western Shanghai, Livat has shattered traditional commercial paradigms, forging deep community ties to establish itself as the essential urban nexus where fashion, wellness, dining, and business harmoniously meet.
