近日， gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所与中国建筑设计研究院有限公司组成的联合体在中核雄安科技园国际设计竞赛中中标并取得设计委托。这将成为gmp继华能集团总部之后在雄安新区设计实施的第二个项目。中核雄安科技园位于雄安启动区西北部科学园内城市南北景观道西侧，周边已有航天科工、国家电网、国家能源、星网集团等央企进驻，初步形成城市氛围。中核雄安科技园将为中核集团布局和拓展科技创新、战略性新兴产业、未来产业等增量业务空间。

Recently, the consortium composed of gmp · von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects and China Architecture Design & Research Group Co., Ltd. won the first prize in the international design competition for the China National Nuclear Corporation Xiongan Science and Technology Park and was entrusted with the design. This will be the second project that gmp completes in Xiongan after the Headquarter of China Huaneng. The project is located on the west side of the north-south avenue in the northwest of the Xiongan New Area's Science Park. There are already central enterprises such as China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, State Grid Corporation of China, China Energy Engineering Corporation, and China Satellite Network Group Corporation in the neighborhood, which have initially formed an urban atmosphere. The new Science and Technology Park will provide space for the corporation to layout and expand its incremental business in areas such as scientific and technological innovation, strategic emerging industries, and future industries.

建筑设计采用内院式布局，外围由四座严格对称的L形体量围合组成，内院嵌入具有科技感的、自由而灵动的通透体量，面向中心空间，构成建筑群核心。内外不同的建筑语言表达了中核集团延续历史与发展创新的双重特质。

The architectural design adopts an inner courtyard layout, with four strictly symmetrical L-shaped volumes enclosing the perimeter. The inner courtyard is integrated with a transparent volume that is technological, free, and lively, facing the central space and forming the core of the whole complex. The distinct architectural languages inside and outside express the dual characters of the corporation for both historical continuity and innovative development.

建筑体量完整统一，中间的会展建筑造型兼具庄重优雅与现代感，体现了大国重器“尊”的形象，塑造了一个标志性的核心建筑和主立面形象。

The architectural volume is complete and unified. The middle exhibition building combines solemn elegance with a sense of modernity, reflecting the image of “ZUN vessel” as a major national asset. It shapes a symbolic core building and a main facade image.

一条南北向的景观绿轴连接了不同的功能区域，结合城市道路布局，南端与城市景观带相接。绿轴下方为地下连廊，为组团内部提供了可遮风避雨的交通空间，有效地将行人和车辆分开。连廊两侧设置了下沉庭院，为地下空间引入自然采光通风。

A north-south-oriented landscape green axis connects different functional areas and is integrated with the urban road layout. Its southern end is linked to the urban landscape belt. Beneath the green axis is an underground corridor, providing a sheltered traffic space within the complex and effectively separating pedestrians from vehicles. Sunken courtyards are set on both sides of the corridor, introducing natural light and ventilation to the underground space.

大量的社交共享空间提升了建筑内部的空间品质，门厅、屋顶平台和灵活分布的中庭创造了多样化、健康、宜人的办公环境。共享空间从建筑外部清晰可读，建筑功能和形式统一一致。

There are lots of public sharing spaces which enhance the spatial quality inside the building. The foyer, roof terrace and flexibly distributed atriums create a diverse, healthy and pleasant working environment. The exterior image of the building fully expresses the interior shared spaces, which unifies the function and form of the architecture.

建筑沿街立面采用经典的三段式布局，屋檐及基座采用暖色石材。单元式幕墙开启扇采用隐藏式做法，采光与通风功能分离。庭院内的建筑幕墙设计为更加通透的视觉效果，立面比例尺度与外立面相呼应，体现了庭院内外不同的建筑性格。

The street facade of the building adopts a classic three-part layout. The eaves and base are made of warm-colored stone. The unitized curtain wall adopts a hidden opening pannel system to separate lighting and ventilation. The façade design of individual buildings within the courtyard creates a more transparent visual effect. The proportion and scale correspond with the exterior facade, meanwhile reflecting the different architectural characters of the inner buildings in the courtyard.
