在深圳市工业核心与创新引擎——龙岗区的宝龙产业园内，gmp · 冯 · 格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所为中广核工程有限公司（CNPEC）打造了全新总部。三座高层塔楼将企业核心办公区集约整合，把灵活办公空间同以员工体验为导向的宽敞绿化、开放交流区融于一体。

In the Baolong Industrial Park in Longgang District - the industrial core and innovation engineof Shenzhen, von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) have realized the new headquarters of China Nuclear Power Engineering Co. (CNPEC). Three high-rise towers consolidate the company's central work areas, combining flexible office space with an employee-oriented design featuring spacious green areas and open communication areas.

基地西临宝龙三路、南接南同大道，这两条干道均为龙岗区交通主轴。裙楼多层立体花园从多向敞开，将公共开放空间纳入整体，延续了工业城“景观与建筑相互渗透”的城市设计愿景。

The site lies between Nan Tong Avenue in the west and Bao Long 3rd Road in the south, two of the district's main traffic arteries. The multi-layered garden in the podium opens from several sides and integrates public open spaces into the ensemble. This continues the industrial park's urban design concept—an interpenetration of landscape and buildings.

三座高度各异的塔楼环绕中央公共空间这一“建筑心脏”而设。较高的主塔约200米高，以南立面朝向宝龙三路，形成园区的形象门户；它们错位布置，既打开景观视野，又突出各体量的功能独立性。每座塔楼均设独立入口，但首层大堂彼此连通，可根据需求实现独立使用或紧密联动。

Three towers of varying heights are grouped around the central open space, the heart of the building. The tallest main towers with a height of 200m, are oriented with their south facades toward Bao Long 3rd Road, which forms the representative address of the complex. Their staggered arrangement allows for views of the surrounding area while emphasizing the functional independence of the individual buildings. Each tower has its own entrance, but the lobbies are connected on the ground floor. This organization allows for both independent use and close integration as needed.

共享设施集中布置于裙楼之上的“社区环”：运动区、展览空间、社区文化及健康中心等在此环内串联，既连接各塔楼、营造交流与知识共享的场所，又覆盖了下方的户外空间。双层挑空的空中花园在竖向上划分塔楼，为高层办公提供了额外的会晤空间。相邻办公区采用模数化网格，可灵活组合为单人办公室或大开间办公区。

The communal facilities are located in the so-called Community Ring above the podium landscape: sports areas, exhibition spaces and community culture and health Center. The ring connects the towers, creating spaces for exchange and knowledge transfer, and simultaneously covers the open spaces below. Two-story sky gardens structure the towers vertically and provide additional meeting places on the upper floors. The adjacent office spaces follow a modular grid for flexible floor plans ranging from individual to open-plan offices.

所有功能被统一在清晰的建筑体量中，裙房架空形成共享空间，为精心设计的景观花园留出充足的面积。宽阔的开放场地不仅改善微气候、提升停留舒适度，也同步降低了能源需求。立面设计同样呼应这一理念：深邃的银色镀铝型材为塔楼赋予统一外观，并以自身阴影减少太阳辐射；隐藏的开启扇实现了自然通风。

The concentration of all functions in clearly defined building volumes and the communal areas reduce space consumption and create room for a designed environment. The generously proportioned open spaces also improve the microclimate and contribute to a high quality of stay. At the same time, energy consumption is reduced. The facades also support this approach: Deep, silver-coated aluminum profiles give the towers a uniform overall appearance and reduce solar gain through shading. Hidden ventilation openings allow for natural ventilation.
