近日，由gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所设计的华夏银行总行办公大楼在北京城市副中心提前45 天实现主体结构竣工。项目位于北京城市副中心核心区域，建筑整体由高99.95米的21层主塔楼和61.5米的11层副塔楼组成，两座塔楼通过空中连廊互通，总建筑面积19.12万平方米。

Recently, the Huaxia Bank Headquarters, designed by gmp·von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects, achieved the completion of its main structure in Beijing's sub-center 45 days ahead of schedule. Located in the core area of Beijing's sub-center, the architecture consists of a 21-story main tower with a height of 99.95 meters and an 11-story secondary tower with a height of 61.5 meters. The two towers are interconnected by an aerial corridor, with a total construction area of 191,200 square meters.

华夏银行总行办公大楼的建筑体量呈C型雷纹形态布局，并沿中央轴线形成三组回型院落空间。两座塔楼采用交错式的L型布局，打造出错落有致的标志性天际线，形成了朝向东南侧公园和运河水岸带的城市空间。中央轴线将园区与西边的城市空间以及随着建筑物呈C形摆动的总部公园连接在一起。对称布局的三层高的裙房平台围绕庭院连接起所有的功能，提供了充足的弹性使用空间。屋面上排列的绿化露台可用于举办各种活动。三重院落的空间布局为银行员工增加了共同的交流场所，其中两个院落更是被玻璃材质围合，通透敞亮。东侧的悬浮体量将南北两区连成一体，为建筑群塑造了一个宏伟的大门形象。

Huaxia Bank Headquarters has a meandering structure with two high points and contains three atriums and aligns itself with a central transverse axis. Placed in a staggered, L-shaped arrangement, the two towers form a distinctive skyline, opening up the urban area towards the park in the southeast and towards the banks of the North Canal. This axis connects the area to the urban space in the west and to the headquarters’ rambling, C-shaped park that borders the building on three sides. The three-story, symmetrical base interlinks all functions and enables their flexible and equitable arrangement. The roof surfaces accommodate planted terraces suitable for a variety of activities. The three inner courtyards, two of which are glazed, supplement the shared meeting places in the office complex. The volume stacked on top of the base on the east side creates an entrance portal for the ensemble and interconnects the areas to the north and south.

根据建设计划，作为首批搬迁入驻城市副中心的市属国企总部，华夏银行总行办公大楼预计将于2026年11月完成整体验收。项目采用地源热泵、光伏建筑一体化（BIPV）、空气源热泵等技术。幕墙和屋顶集成节能工艺，实现低碳运营。建成后的华夏银行总行办公大楼将成为北京公共建筑单体规模最大的超低能耗示范项目，满足LEED 铂金级、中国绿色建筑三星及WELL 铂金级认证标准。

According to the construction plan, as one of the first municipal state-owned enterprise headquarters to relocate to the city's sub-center, Huaxia Bank Headquarters is scheduled to undergo overall acceptance inspection in November 2026. The project adopts technologies such as ground source heat pumps, building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), and air source heat pumps. The curtain wall and roof integrate energy-saving processes to achieve low-carbon operation. Once completed, Huaxia Bank Headquarters will become the largest single-scale ultra-low energy consumption demonstration project among public buildings in Beijing, meeting the LEED Platinum, China Green Building 3-star, and WELL Platinum certification standards.
