近日，gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所在上海西岑科创中心西片区先导区国际竞赛中获胜。此次竞赛旨在征集片区整体的建筑设计方案。

gmp was awarded 1st prize in the international competition for Xicen Science Innovation Center in Shanghai. This competition included architecture design for a TOD commercial and office center, residential areas, a research and development zone, and several landmark buildings for sports and culture.

西岑位于上海市青浦区淀山湖南岸，西岑科创中心是长三角一体化示范区“一厅三片”的重要组成部分，将构建长三角最具活力的创新极核，打造世界级的科创小镇。新片区尽管有一定的城市开发密度，但设计方案借鉴复原了江南水乡现存的建筑和空间形态，完美融合于湖河相连的自然景观。

Located south of the Dianshan Lake in the Qingpu District of Shanghai, the Xicen Innovation Center will be an important demonstration development for the Yangstze River Delta Investment Group combining innovative techniques to achieve a new world-class tech-village.

沿水街的开发项目和步行区与保留建筑融为一体，以现代手法诠释江南的建筑风格，这种风格的典型材料也被用于高层建筑中。除了住宅区和教育机构、体育场馆、文化中心等公共建筑外，项目还规划了带商业设施的办公区。

The local Jiangnan culture and canal system are both the figurative and the literal life-streams flowing through Xicen. The design for the new development strives to protect these valuable resources by incorporating existing buildings into the new development, maintaining existing waterways, and respecting the local construction tradition through building scale and material choice.

整个片区都要遵守严格的绿色低碳理念和可持续性要求，绿色标准涵盖所有建筑，并根据不同类型设定等级，例如，文化中心需实现“ 零碳 ”足迹，体育中心实现“低碳”足迹。项目旨在吸引科技企业和高素质人员入驻，其优势在于丰富的水乡自然资源，完善的公共设施，便利的交通。

All of Xicen is subject to stringent low-carbon and sustainability goals including a near-zero carbon culture center and a low-carbon athletic center. For companies and highly qualified personnel in the technology sector and other fields, Xicen’s abundant natural resources, public facilities, and high-speed transportation connections, will make the Xicen Innovation Center an attractive choice for their future development.
