即将竣工的中国银联业务运营中心,高150米,于2019年开工建设。gmp与sbp schlaich-bergermann携手合作,并由同济大学建筑设计研究院深化,共同打造的新颖结构体系在施工中大放异彩。
Under construction since 2019, the 150m tall China UnionPay Business Operation Center is about to be completed. The unconventional structural system of the project that gmp developed together with sbp schlaich bergermann partner and Tongji Architectural Design (group) Co.,Ltd has yielded exciting images during its construction.

中国银联业务运营中心位于浦东世博A片区,与遥遥相对的中国馆形成了一条城市轴线,贯穿这一新建区域。项目包括两侧24米高的裙楼(5层)和中央150米高的主塔楼(33层)。三栋建筑由三层和四层的空中连廊连接,横跨连接城市轴线和北侧入口广场的公共空间。
The China UnionPay Business Operation Center is located in the former World EXPO Site in Pudong, right at the end of the urban axis that originates from the China Pavilion and forms the spine of the new development. The project consists of two podium buildings with 5 floors and 24 meters in height at both ends, and a main tower with 33 floors and a height of 150 meters in the center. The three buildings are connected by sky bridges on the third and fourth floor, spanning over a public space that connects the urban axis with the entrance plaza in the north.

塔楼采用筒中筒结构体系,抵抗水平力,同时也构成了重力荷载传递系统。塔楼由四根巨柱支撑,无需在塔底宽敞的入口处或侧翼设置立柱。
The structure of the tower follows a tube-in-tube system that resists the lateral forces while being, at the same time, part of the transfer system for gravity loads. The tower rests on four mega-columns, which eliminates the necessity for any further columns in the spacious entrance areas at the foot of the tower or in the side wings.

为了最大限度地利用整个建筑标准层的空间,建筑师决定将外框架柱整合到幕墙系统中。按照建筑的幕墙分格,外框架柱的柱距为4.2米。四周主框架柱和中央核心筒墙之间的距离约为11.3米,在每一层均形成了宽敞的无柱空间。
In order to achieve maximum use of space on the standard floors of the entire building, the architects decided to integrate the outer frame columns into the curtain wall system. Following the curtain wall division of the building, the column spacing of the external frame columns is 4.2 meters. The distance between the perimeter main frame columns and the central core walls is approximately 11.3 meters, producing generous column free spaces on every level.

与钢筋混凝土柱相比,钢结构柱的截面面积减小,且提升了建筑的抗震性能。外框筒由框架柱和框架梁共同构成。
Compared with reinforced concrete columns, the use of steel structure columns reduces the column area and enhances the seismic performance of the building. The outer frame tube is jointly formed by frame columns and frame beams.

连廊结构由三层和四层两侧的悬臂桁架和三栋建筑的四条主悬臂梁支撑。在不影响建筑效果的情况下设置了支撑桁架,通过吊柱和大跨度梁形成无柱空间。轻质桁架系统将荷载转移到主体结构上,在入口上方形成一条通透而轻盈的连廊。
The bridge structure is supported by cantilever trusses from two sides on the third and fourth floor and four main cantilever girders of the three main buildings. Supporting trusses are set without affecting the architectural effect, and a column-free space is formed through hanging columns and big span beams. A lightweight truss system transfers the loads to the main structure, forming a transparent and light bridge over the entrance areas.

五层高的塔冠采用了另一种轻盈的结构体系,在施工过程中清晰可见:由混凝土核心筒墙和外框柱延伸出的十字形框架结构提供支撑,在建筑四角形成了五层高的中空空间。
The five-story high crown of the tower features another sophisticated structure system, clearly visible during construction: Supported from the cross-shaped frame structure extending from the concrete core walls and the outer frame columns, five-story high void spaces are created in the four building corners.
