2023年12月27日，由gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所和中国建筑科学研究院联合体设计的深铁前海国际枢纽中心项目T4栋举行了主体结构封顶仪式。深圳地铁置业集团有限公司副总经理王智余，德国gmp国际建筑设计有限公司合伙人兼执行总裁吴蔚，中国建筑科学研究院有限公司深圳分公司总工程师刘建平，中建八局华南公司深圳分公司党总支书记、总经理杨文军，深圳华西建设工程管理有限公司党支部书记、总经理颜钦城等主要负责人出席活动。

The main structure topping out ceremony of Shenzhen Metro Qianhai Integrated Transportation Hub T4, designed by gmp Architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) + China Academy of Building Research (CABR), took place on December 27, 2023. Attendees to the ceremony included: Wang Zhiyu, Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Metro Properties Group Co., Ltd.; Wu Wei, Executive Partner of gmp; Liu Jianping, Chief Engineer of CABR Shenzhen Branch; Yang Wenjun, General Manager of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. South China Branch Shenzhen Sub-branch; Yan Qincheng, General Manager of Shenzhen Huaxi Construction Engineering Management Co., Ltd.

深铁前海国际枢纽中心作为深圳在建规模最大的枢纽TOD工程之一，是粤港澳大湾区中集深港口岸、交通枢纽、立体商业、甲级办公、星级酒店、商务公寓于一体的超级枢纽城市综合体。gmp和中国建筑科学研究院组成的设计联合体自2013年中标以来，秉承打造世界一流湾区城市中心的愿景，以“站城一体化”为设计主线，运用开放性的枢纽广场和城市级的景观轴线将枢纽与城市无缝融合；运用空间美学元素打造立体生态景观，将湾区景观与城市空间紧密联接。

Shenzhen Metro Qianhai Integrated Transportation Hub represents one of the largest hub TOD projects under construction in Shenzhen. As a super-hub urban complex in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), the project includes checkpoints at the border between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, transportation hub, multi-level commerce, Class A office buildings, star rated hotel, and business apartments. Since winning the bid in 2013, the gmp + CABR consortium has been committed to the vision of building a world-class bay area urban center. Guided by the "station-city integration" concept, an open hub square and an urban level landscape axis are devised to seamlessly blend the hub into the city. Spatial aesthetic elements are also leveraged to shape a multi-level ecological landscape system that integrates the bay area landscape with urban space.

T4栋塔楼是位于枢纽主轴线上的双子塔中南侧的一栋，高度为280m，设计灵感来源于“清泉石上流”的意境。塔楼大面积的标准办公幕墙象征岩石，公共区域的玻璃幕墙则如飞瀑流水，虚实对比强烈，形成“飞流直下三千尺”的壮阔景象。

The 280-meter T4 tower stands as the southern counterpart to its twin, both rising from the central axis of the hub. Drawing inspiration from the artistic depiction of "spring water flowing on rocks," the typical office spaces are adorned with expansive curtain walls symbolizing rocks, while the communal areas feature a glass curtain wall reminiscent of a plunging waterfall. This deliberate play with solid and void elements evokes a striking contrast, akin to the grandeur captured in the famous Tang Dynasty poet Li Bai's imagery of "flying waters descending straight three thousand feet."

塔楼平面根据模数系统，形成体量凹凸变化，结合功能所设置的空中大堂，形成立面亮点空间，也丰富和突出了双子塔建筑的标志性。简洁，干净，挺拔的竖向立面构件进一步强调了建筑轮廓和端庄，伟岸的气质。构件平面为梯形，最大化前海湾视野，构件后隐藏的开启扇能有效降低风强，使空气交换平稳安静，为使用者提供舒适，高品质的办公环境。

The modular system adopted for the planar design of T4 gives birth to a concave and convex curved profile. The sky lobby, as a response to functional needs, also creates a highlight on the facade, adding to and emphasizing the iconic feature of the twin towers. The concise, neat, and upright vertical facade components further underline the profile as well as the elegance and grandness of the building. Their trapezoidal planes can maximize the view into Qinghai Bay. The operable sashes hidden behind the components can effectively reduce wind load and enable smooth, quiet air exchange, providing users with a comfortable high-quality office environment.

随着T4栋的封顶，标志着深铁以“轨道+物业”模式对城市空间开发再造又迈入了新的时代篇章，这股飞流直下的“瀑布”将助力深圳打造成为世界级城市中心，为粤港澳大湾区高质量发展注入强劲动能。

The topping out of T4 opens a new chapter in Shenzhen Metro’s urban space development, employing a "rail + property" mode. The unveiling of the “plunging waterfall” is set to enhance Shenzhen's pursuit of establishing itself as a world-class hub city and inject strong impetus into the high-quality development of the GBA.
