《风景园林》杂志拟于2022年出版“公园城市”专题，现面向广大海内外学者征集相关稿件。本专题由北京林业大学园林学院郑曦教授和成都市公园城市建设发展研究院陈明坤院长作为专题学术主持人负责组稿。

Landscape Architecture Journal is soliciting contributions for a Special Issue to be published in 2022 on “Park City”. The acquiring editors are professor Zheng Xi in the School of Landscape Architecture, Beijing Forestry University, and Chen Mingkun, who is the dean of Chengdu Park City Construction & Development Research Institute .

专题阐释

公园城市是贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，深入推进生态文明建设的新城市发展理念，是新时代我国城乡人居环境建设的新理念和城市建设的新模式。这既是新发展理念下城市发展的新目标，也对我国城市生态和人居环境建设提出了更高要求。如何丰富公园城市的理念内涵与建设内容，是推进山水人城和谐相融的城市高质量发展重要议题。

2018年2月，习近平总书记在视察成都天府新区时, 首次提出“公园城市”理念，强调“要突出公园城市特点，把生态价值考虑进去”。2022年2月10日，国务院同意批复成都建设践行新发展理念的公园城市示范区。3月16日，国家发改委、自然资源部、住房和城乡建设部印发《成都建设践行新发展理念的公园城市示范区总体方案》的通知。《方案》指出，公园城市应坚持人民为中心，统筹发展与安全，将绿水青山就是金山银山理念贯穿城市发展全过程，充分彰显生态产品价值，促进城市风貌与公园形态交织相融；着力厚植绿色生态本底，塑造公园城市优美形态；着力创造宜居美好生活，增进公园城市民生福祉；着力营造宜业优良环境，激发公园城市经济活力；着力健全现代治理体系，增强公园城市治理效能，实现高质量发展、高品质生活、高效能治理相结合，打造山水人城和谐相融的公园城市。

公园城市理念为推动城乡建设绿色发展提供了新的发展方向和重要指引，对我国城市人居环境可持续发展提出了新的发展范式和建设目标，应积极为引领我国公园城市发展新模式提供重要支撑，从公园城市建设理念内涵、公园城市形态融合范式到规划实践等开展深入研究与广泛讨论，为新时代我国城市高质量发展提供科学的理论与方法支撑。

本专题征稿方向包含但不限于以下方面：

1）公园城市建设理论体系：目标、内涵、内容、路径等；

2）公园城市建设方法论；

3）公园城市新形态范式：如何优化与重组城市空间形态，实现城市生态与形态的有机统一？

4）公园城市评价指标体系：如何构建高质量发展、高品质生活、高效能治理相结合的合理完备的指标体系？

5）公园城市规划建设实践与发展路径；

6）公园城市建设的国际经验：世界范围内先进城市绿地系统的成熟典范、技术方法与成功经验等。

时间安排

05/30/2022：摘要（800~1000字，包含标题和关键词）提交。撰稿人需要将摘要和作者信息发送到parkcity_abstract@126.com），学术主持人对摘要进行审阅和筛选。

07/30/2022：有意向的撰稿人通过《风景园林》在线投稿系统（www.lalavision.com）提交全文，通过初审的文章进入匿名外审环节。

11/30/2022：所有文章完成评审流程，提交主编终审。通过终审的论文将择优以专题论文的形式刊登。

Call For Papers

Special Issue on “Park City”

The park city is a new urban development concept that implements Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and further promotes the construction of ecological civilization. The park city is also a new concept of urban and rural living environment construction and a new mode of urban construction in China in the new era. It is a new goal for urban development under the new development concept and a higher requirement for China's urban ecology and living environment construction. The study of enriching the concept connotation and construction content of the park city is an important issue to promote the high-quality development of the city with the harmonious integration of landscape, human, and city.

In February 2018, when the General Secretary inspected the Tianfu New Area in Chengdu, he first proposed the concept of "Park City" and emphasized that "the characteristics of park city should be highlighted and ecological values should be taken into account." On February 10, 2022, the State Council announced the approval of the construction of Chengdu as a park city demonstration area practicing the new development concept. On March 16, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a notice on the overall plan for Chengdu's construction of a park city demonstration area that is consistent with the new development concept. The park city will adhere to the people as the center, coordinate development and security, carry the idea of "clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver" throughout urban development. It will also fully manifest the value of ecological products and promote the interweaving and blending of the urban landscape and park forms. The park city will focus on forming a green ecological background and shaping the beautiful form of the park city. It will also focus on creating a comfortable and beautiful life and enhancing the well-being of the people in the park city. The park city will focus on creating a suitable environment for business and stimulating the economic vitality. It will focus on improving the modern governance systems and enhancing the effectiveness of park city governance. The park city will realize the combination of high-quality development, high-quality life, and high-efficiency governance, and create a park city with harmonious integration of landscape, human, and city.

The concept of the park city provides a new development direction and essential guidance for promoting the green development of urban and rural construction and proposes a new development paradigm and construction goals for the sustainable development of urban and rural human settlements in China. We should actively provide critical support for leading a new model of the park city development in China. We should also carry out in-depth research and extensive discussions from the connotation of the park city construction concepts, the paradigm of the park city form integration to planning practice, and provide scientific theoretical and methodological support for high-quality urban development in China in the new era.

This topic mainly includes but is not limited to the following aspects:

1) The park city construction theory system

Interpretation of the park city theory system: objectives, connotations, contents, methods, etc.

2) Park city construction methodology

3) The new form paradigm of the park city

How to optimize and reorganize urban spatial forms and realize the organic unity of urban ecology and form?

4) Park city evaluation index system

How to build a good and complete indicator system that combines high-quality development, high-quality life, and high-efficiency governance?

5) Practice and development path of the park city planning and construction

6) International experience of the park city construction

Excellent examples, technical methods, and successful experiences of advanced urban green space systems worldwide.

05/30/2022: Abstract deadline (800~1000 words including title, abstract and keywords). Contributors shall submit an abstract with author information to parkcity_abstract@126.com.

07/30/2022: Full text submission. The authors to submit the full manuscript through online submission system (www.lalavision.com) of Landscape Architecture Journal.

11/30/2022: All articles expected to complete review process, special issue recommended to the Editors-in-Chef.
