在“2023上海城市设计挑战赛”中，由HPP建筑事务所提交的设计方案在典型街区城市设计竞赛——杨浦复兴岛基地组别中荣获匠心创意奖！大赛由上海市规划和自然资源局共同主办，包括上海国际城市奖、典型街区城市设计竞赛挑战赛、小微空间城市设计竞赛三项活动，共收到来自国内外230多个机构及团队报送的272份作品，经专家评审和网络投票，共评选出70个获奖作品。

The design proposal submitted by HPP has been awarded in the Typical Block Urban Design Competition—Yangpu Fuxing Island group! The Shanghai Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau co-hosted the "2023 Shanghai Urban Design Challenge". The competition included three events: the Shanghai International Urban Award, the Typical Block Urban Design Competition Challenge, and the Micro-space Urban Design Competition. It received 272 submissions from over 230 institutions and teams worldwide. After expert evaluation and online voting, a total of 70 winning works were selected.

复兴岛竞赛项目设计属于城市更新类街区。基地位于杨浦滨江中北段，总面积约50公顷，以带有人文要素的生态空间为主，连接运河西侧科技板块，要求打造成为“高品质的滨江空间”。

HPP的获奖方案以“浦江第三极，数字新大脑”为题，旨在打造世界级科技、商务与文化核心引领区，同时助力杨浦数字经济产业高质量生态发展。设计从产业规划的角度出发，聚焦杨浦，结合基地，由此提出“六大复兴原则”，制定科技文化孪生发展的近中远产业发展路径，将其复兴为未来数字科技的探索与创新基地。

Fuxing Island is categorized as an urban renewal block. Located in the middle and northern section of the Yangpu riverside area, the site covers totally about 50 hectares. It primarily consists of ecological spaces featured with cultural elements and connects to the technological sector on the west side of the canal. The requirement of the competition is to transform this area into a "high-quality riverside space".

Titled "The Third Pole of Huangpu River, New Brain of Digital Economy", HPP's award-winning proposal aims to establish a pilot area leading in technology, business, and culture, while also promoting the high-quality ecological development of Yangpu's digital economy industry. Starting with an industrial planning approach, HPP’s team put forward with "Six Revival Strategies", in order to revitalize Fuxing island into a base for future digital technology exploration and innovation.

链接复兴

Link Revival

方案首先针对道路现状对复兴岛进行整体分割，提炼出“工业遗址岛”、“智算中心岛” 、“花园办公岛”、“智能研发岛”以及“文体综合岛”五大组团。这一方式岛上的各个功能区域之间互相独立，同时也可以方便岛上的交通链接。

The plan first divides Fuxing Island as a whole based on the current road conditions, and extracts five major groups: “Industrial Heritage Island”, “Intelligent Computing Center Island”, “Garden Office Island”, “Intelligent R&D Island” and “Cultural and Sports Comprehensive Island”. In this way, each functional area on the island is independent of each other, and it can also facilitate transportation links on the island.

生态复兴

Ecological Revival

随后，方案基于运河现状，提出生态复兴理念，将运河水资源引入复兴岛内，营造蓝绿水岸空间，为复兴岛提供水绿交融的生态环境，打造运河沿岸内外交织的水绿环境体系，为复兴岛沿岸提供丰富的活动。

Subsequently, based on the current situation of the canal, the plan proposed the concept of ecological rejuvenation, introducing the canal water resources into Fuxing Island, creating a blue-green waterfront space, providing Fuxing Island with an ecological environment where water and green blend, and creating a water-green environment system intertwined inside and outside along the canal. Offering a wealth of activities along the coast of Fuxing Island.

水岸复兴

Waterfront Revival

沿黄浦江水岸设计滨江公园与路径连接，与北侧绿地形成连接互动，营造整体滨江水绿廊道体系。同时滨江公园与运河水岸公园形成互动，将滨江绿地引入复兴岛整体水绿体系，塑造整体绿岛。

A riverside park and paths are designed along the Huangpu River to connect and interact with the green space on the north side, creating an overall riverside water and green corridor system. At the same time, the riverside park interacts with the canal waterfront park, introducing the riverside green space into the overall water and green system of Fuxing Island and shaping the overall green island.

历史复兴

Historical Revival

方案保留场地原有工业遗址，形成数个历史遗产保护区。同时围绕现有历史遗产保护区分别布置工业广场、滨水漫步道，工业遗址公园以及复兴地表塔等景观空间，充分展现场地原有工业遗产特征。

The plan retains the original industrial sites on the site and forms several historical heritage protection areas. At the same time, landscape spaces such as industrial squares, waterfront promenades, industrial heritage parks, and rejuvenation surface towers are arranged around the existing historical heritage protection areas to fully demonstrate the original industrial heritage characteristics of the site.

文体复兴

Culture Revival

沿滨江设置水岸文体活动空间，配以不同特色文体主题，增加水岸整体文体特色与风貌。其中南岸以休闲娱乐为主题特色，北岸以工业复兴为主题特色。二者通过滨江绿带串联，最终实现沿岸文体活力交融带。

Set up waterfront cultural and sports activity spaces along the riverside, with different cultural and sports themes to enhance the overall cultural and sports features and style of the waterfront. Among them, the south bank is characterized by leisure and entertainment, and the north bank is characterized by industrial renaissance. The two are connected in series through the riverside green belt, ultimately realizing a vibrant cultural and sports integration zone along the coast.

算法复兴

Algorithm Revival

沿运河及北侧设置智能办公与研发孵化产业带，置入人工智能，数字开发，智算中心，数字研发平台等高端研发组团。形成元宇宙孵化地与数字智核两大核心板块，整体为复兴岛形成数字经济孵化产业园。

A smart office and R&D incubation industrial belt will be set up along the canal and on the north side, and high-end R&D groups such as artificial intelligence, digital development, intelligent computing centers, and digital R&D platforms will be placed. The two core sectors of the Metaverse Incubator and the Digital Intelligent Core are formed, and the overall digital economy incubation industrial park is formed for Fuxing Island.
