The MUSE Design Awards have released the lists of winners for the second competitive season of 2023. "Shandong Greenland Spring Holding Group Headquarters" designed by GLC won Gold Winner in the Interior Design-Office Category.

The MUSE Design Awards, initiated by the International Awards Associate (IAA) in 2015, is a globally renowned award in creative design. It recognizes exceptional designers in areas such as architecture, interior design, and fashion, and encourages innovation in the design industry by celebrating creativity and pushing boundaries.

来自17个国家的60位业内专业人士组成的评审团，这些专业人士在各自的领域备受尊重，与创意和设计领域的知名机构有紧密合作，共同维护评审过程公正性，严格执行行业相关的评估标准。

The awards had 60 judges from 17 countries, all esteemed professionals in the creative and design fields. They are affiliated with renowned organizations and collaborate to ensure a fair evaluation process and stringent industry standards.

绿地 泉集团总部位于山东济南核心地段，总建筑面积约21,806平米，总精装面积约9,792平米，其中还包含了一座约900平米的屋顶花园。从品牌文化出发，绿地泉集团一直致力于成为美好生活的推动者，此次设计把现代、科技、智能等理念和产品充分融入于这座总部办公的各垂直维度中。

Greenland Spring Group's headquarters in Jinan, Shandong, covers about 21,806 square meters, with 9,792 square meters of furnished space, including a 900-square-meter rooftop garden. Guided by the brand culture, the company is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life. The design seamlessly integrates modern, technological, and intelligent elements across the office's vertical spaces.

在设计方案中，我们充分挖掘到企业“对内、对外”两个方向的功能性需求，清晰地梳理出两组跨越不同楼层的多元组织及协作关系。贯穿于不同楼层的3组不同规格的区域性大堂， 从选材到配色方案上，均折射出绿地泉企业文化的东方魅力。

GLC thoroughly explores the company's functional needs in "internal and external" directions, defining diverse organizational relationships across different floors. Three regional lobbies traverse these floors, reflecting Greenland Spring's oriental corporate culture in materials and colors.

同时，在这座文化版图内的另一条“对内”路径，是充满了对员工管理的扁平化与开放性视角，既满足了员工内在的归属感需求，构建企业内部平等、友好的协作氛围，也为员工、客户、同行，甚至是企业间的交流合作，都提供了更高层级的开放场所。这部分办公空间分别位于垂直社区的4楼（智慧餐厅）、8-9楼（跨层能量中心），以及兼具企业活动与员工生态生活的屋顶花园。

Within this cultural context, an "internal" pathway promotes flat and open employee management, meeting the need for belonging and fostering an environment of equality and collaboration. This space, found on the 4th floor (Smart Restaurant), 8th and 9th floors (cross-floor energy center), and the rooftop garden, facilitates interactions among employees, clients, peers, and inter-company cooperation. It blends corporate activities with employees' ecological life.
