近日，新加坡福南「Funan」又双叒叕获奖，荣膺 2021 年城市土地学会 ULI 全球卓越奖。

Congratulations to Funan on being the Winner of the 2021 Urban Land Institute Global Awards for Excellence.

该项目由伍兹贝格全球高级董事合伙人 Stephen Jones 及合伙人兼中国区商业设计总监叶浩辉 Billy Ip 主持设计，以品牌策划驱动总体规划、建筑以及室内一体化设计，提供了一个未来综合体开发的范 例，成功帮助「Funan」焕发新生， 构筑出一个融合零售、娱乐、休闲、健康、餐饮、共享办公、共享社区和公共空间的创意社交聚场，一个全新的城市市民生活中心。

Led by Woods Bagot Director Stephen Jones and Principal & Regional Retail Sector Leader Billy Ip throughout envisoning, master planning, architecture and interior design, this mixed-use development synergistically combines retail, entertainment, leisure, wellness, dining, office, co-working, and co-living settings in one creative and socially conscious environment, creating a new paradigm for living, working, and playing in the city center, and setting up an exemplar for the next generation civic hub.
