深圳龙岗合正龙腾综合体 被深圳市政府评为深圳重点项目，我们在总体规划过程中将文化与滨水环境作为主要出发点，回应人们对健康宜居与舒适户外生活的关注。开放的商业轴线连接住宅与生活，带来一个与环境合二为一的滨水活力中心。

Shenzhen Longgang District Longteng Mixed Use is rated as one of Shenzhen's major projects. The masterplan strategy is centered on the city's unique culture and waterfront landscape. With the experiencing axis connecting residential and retail, the design fulfills the surrounding residents' yearning for outdoor spaces and healthy living and creates an integrated iconic waterfront destination.

深圳罗湖城建梅园片区更新项目 汇聚了伍兹贝格上海与墨尔本工作室的优势设计力量，团队着重挖掘和呈现设计的未来生态性，在都市核心高密度区域引入立体化公共空间，利用周边公园景观和整体绿化屋面系统的建立，最大化商业价值的同时，实现与社区生活的互动共赢。

Shenzhen Chengjian Meiyuan Mixed Use is a collaborative winning between Shanghai and Melbourne studio. With biophilia design, three-dimensional public spaces in the high-density city CBD weave with the surrounding garden landscape and greenery roof system. Commercial value is maximized, and nearby communities are activated.

reshape TOD experience with Transit-Oriented Community strategy

广州西塱综合交通枢纽及周边综合开发项目 位于湾区腹地，四线合一，也是广佛一体化发展的核芯。伍兹贝格为消解交通设施这一庞然大物对市民生活的不利影响,在总体规划中创造性地提出创建“更宜居的未来城市社区(TOC)”，构筑轨道、智慧、人文生态三大圈层，与周边社区互联互通， 立意打造一座消失于山水之间的交通枢纽，实现以人为本的站城一体化发展。

Slated in the hinterland of GBA, Xilang TOD Guangzhou is at the intersection of four subway lines and functions as an important gateway to Foshan. To eliminate the negative impacts of  TOD has on city life, the design adopts a creative concept of building a "Transit-Oriented Community (TOC)", in which green, smart and cultural ecosystem complements with each other, the station is perfectly immersed into the surrounding city landscape. The project is a realization of creative TOD design thinking and the "People Architecture" manifesto.

广州中山大学附属（南沙）口腔医院项目 定位湾区现代医疗设施标杆，旨在实现“医、教、研、产”一体化协同发展。伍兹贝格希望在为其量身定做精准医疗的同时，聚焦场地、功能分区、交通流线、建筑形态、可持续发展与城市的呼应与融合，为患者提供专业的医疗服务和闲适的就医环境，为研发和医护人员提供健康且高效的工作场所，同时为大型会议提供便捷的科技设施，从而打造一个高效且人性化的护理空间和城市界面。

Sunset Yat-sun University Affiliated Dental Hospital Guangzhou aims to be a benchmark modern hospital. While tailoring precision medical care, Woods Bagot's design bases on a full observation of the site, functionality, traffic, building forms and sustainability. The integrated approach is to provide professional medical services and a comfy environment for patients, to create a healthy and efficient workspace for staff, and serve as a technology-equipped conference site for the industry, creating an efficient and humanized nursing center.

依托教育高地香港

推动湾区人才枢纽建设

build GBA future talent hub with support of Hong Kong as education highland

香港拥有世界级的优质大学和国际化教育资源，是名副其实的教育高地。伍兹贝格设计的香港科技大学李兆基商学院和高等研究院大楼建筑面积总计 29,300 平方米，自然与科技在这里融为一体。李兆基商学院设计构思将几何造型与传统中式木质外墙结合；高等研究院大楼则位于校区海拔最高处，象征学术研究成果的尖峰。 

Hong Kong is known as a world-class education high land. Covering an area of 29,300 sqm, Woods Bagot designed Lee Shau Kee Business Building and Jockey Club Institute for Advanced Study at HKUST blends nature and technology into the site. The Business Building design is derived from geometry and traditional timber screens. Sitting near the highest point of the campus, the Institute for Advanced Study represents the pinnacle of academic life.

深圳世茂深港国际中心项目汇集超高塔、办公塔楼、零售商业及公共建筑，复合商务、居住、教育、文娱、交通等城市主流功能，融合城市空间规划、设计创新、尖端科技等多个维度。作为一个超级城市综合体，伍兹贝格希望它有别于传统项目，与城市环境、地方文化、艺术等元素做充分结合，为深圳及湾区在设计和生活方式上带来创新性和前瞻性, 并以此树立未来城市生活的范本。

Shenzhen Shimao Comercial Center combines several standout elements including a super tall tower, office towers, retail center, cultural hubs and arty public spaces, and integrates work, life, entertainment and transportation into one site. As a super complex, the project differs from traditional developments and crafts an iconic destination with mixology of strategic urban planning, innovative design thinking and cutting-edge technology to bring in forward-looking design and lifestyle offerings to Shenzhen and GBA, becoming an exemplar of a futuristic urban community.
