Woods Bagot is proud to announce that three of our projects have been named winners at the 2026-2027 Asia Pacific Property Awards. The winning projects span the disciplines of Retail Architecture, Office Architecture, and Office Interiors. The award winners will be celebrated at a dedicated ceremony in Bangkok on May 6-7, where the prestigious 5-Star Awards and “Best in Asia Pacific” titles will also be revealed.

Best Retail Architecture, Zhejiang

伍兹贝格以"点亮 Lighting On"为设计理念，对杭州大厦 AB 座进行升级改造，为核心地标武林广场注入全新活力，通过空间重构与场景营造，重新激活其商业与文化价值。

"杭州大厦的前瞻性改造愿景与我们面向未来的设计理念高度契合。"伍兹贝格全球高级合伙人、项目负责人翁捷表示，"继 AB 座改造完成后，我们对 BC座的室内改造设计也在高效推进，将以前沿商业理念持续强化这一城市地标。"

设计团队在 AB 座通道之间巧置“点亮”灯盒，形成联动外广场与后庭院的步行"T 区"，构建开放休闲街区与国际时尚媒体的直达动线。主入口以极简设计实现商业展示与落客功能无缝衔接；内院通过统一建筑语汇与暖色调，塑造高端商业氛围；东广场优化人车分流，释放奢侈品区活动空间。夜幕降临，智能灯光系统激活建筑立面与艺术装置的动态交互，呈现沉浸式光影体验。本次改造尤为注重与城市界面的融合，保留部分原始墙面肌理，优化消费动线，新增的弹性空间可灵活转换为秀场、艺术展陈等场景。随着 BC 座改造推进，杭州大厦将再次"点亮"武林，引领城市商业艺术生态的崭新未来。

Woods Bagot’s renovation of the AB Blocks at Hangzhou Mansion breathes new life into the historic Wulin Square. Guided by the concept of “Lighting On,” the design reimagines the spatial structure to create immersive experiences that reignite the area’s cultural and economic vitality.

“This renovation embodies our ethos of designing for the future,” says Jean Weng, China Mixed-Use Sector Leader at Woods Bagot. “Following the AB Block’s transformation, we are now progressing with the BC Block interior redesign to solidify its contemporary identity through advanced retail concepts and seamless public experiences.”

At the project’s core, illuminated glass boxes form a vibrant pedestrian “T-zone,” seamlessly blending retail, leisure, and culture. A minimalist entrance, a unified luxury courtyard, and optimized circulation enhance the user experience. After dark, an intelligent lighting system transforms the façade into an interactive lightscape. With the BC Block renovation underway, Hangzhou Mansion is poised to once again “light up Wulin” as a beacon of future commerce, culture, and design.

Best Office Architecture, Zhejiang

杭州钱投·新宸商务中心是伍兹贝格在杭州新兴金融区 - 钱江新城打造的一座新型金融中心。项目位于上城区雷霆路与望潮路交叉口，与地铁1、4号线近江站无缝对接，占据钱江新城政金原点的重要区位。这座11万平方米的建筑群由两栋18层塔楼和一个四层商业裙楼组成，将建筑、景观、室内和标识系统整合为连贯的城市体验。

设计灵感源于魔方，通过扭转的体量营造独特的建筑仪式感：旋转错位的盒子相互连接，产生积极空间（办公及配套空间）与消极空间（面向社区开放的公共空间）。塔楼顶部通过共享空间相连，底层架空与下沉式广场连接，形成开放大气的公共空间。设计融入垂直绿化概念，连贯的设计语言将室内空间作为雕塑感裙楼的延伸。办公大堂联动后区庭院，以温暖色调和材质打造富有杭州文化特色的禅意空间。项目已获得“ LEED 金预认证”。

Hangzhou Riverside Center is a landmark commercial development in Qianjiang New Town, Hangzhou’s emerging financial district. The 110,000 sqm complex unites two office towers and a four-storey retail podium, integrating architecture, landscape, interiors, and signage into a cohesive urban experience.

Inspired by a Rubik’s Cube, the rotated volumes generate a sense of movement and a strong visual identity. Sunken plazas and elevated terraces connect the public realm both vertically and horizontally. Holding LEED Gold pre-certification, the design incorporates vertical greenery and a Zen-inspired courtyard, reflecting both ecological responsibility and Hangzhou’s cultural heritage.

“The Cube is more than an office architecture; it is a dynamic urban connector,” said Principal Carsten Lange. “It is a place that fosters connection and well-being, setting a new benchmark for workplace design in Hangzhou’s financial hub and supporting Qianjiang New Town’s long-term growth as a sustainable, intelligent, and visually striking landmark.”

Best Office Interior, Shanghai

作为英格卡购物中心在华最大投资项目，上海荟聚坐落于长宁区虹桥临空经济园区，涵盖21万平方米荟聚购物中心及五栋共6.5万平方米办公楼。伍兹贝格受托为其打造的办公空间，将"为大众创造更美好日常生活"的品牌愿景转化为可感知的空间体验。

设计以"实用、极简、永恒"的斯堪的纳维亚原则为基底，通过纯粹形态、天然材料与克制细节，巧妙融合北欧风情与上海都市语境。在A座，设计团队将原有建筑空隙转化为一座跨越五层的雕塑感楼梯，成为视觉与动线焦点。楼梯与周边FIKA休息区、共享图书馆及模块化座位相融合，在开阔空间中创造出一系列"社交口袋"，促进员工自然互动。D座大堂通过拆解墙体元素，有效削弱了原有的"隧道效应"，营造流畅通行体验。六楼展示中心跳出传统销售模式，以艺廊、FIKA休闲区与销售办公室构成三段式探索序列，鼓励停留与对话。浅木色格栅与灰色瓷砖形成冷暖对比，本地取材与大量绿植在降低碳足迹的同时，强化了可持续品牌承诺。

As Ingka Centers’ largest investment in China, the Livat Shanghai complex combines a 210,000 sqm meeting place with five mixed-use office towers. Woods Bagot’s interior design for the workplace common areas reimagines the office experience through a unique Shanghainese-Scandinavian fusion.

“The project was built on a shared vision for a great meeting place - a space that fosters trust, fulfills desires, and positively impacts the community,” shared Principal Billy Ip. “The outcome is a harmonious environment where Nordic sensibility finds its natural expression in Shanghai.”

Central to this vision is a cascading, five-level oak staircase that acts as social infrastructure. More than just a circulation path, this dynamic amphitheater forms the project’s social nucleus, connecting people and activities across multiple levels. Surrounded by flexible FIKA zones, libraries, and modular lounges, the design transforms atriums into vibrant social plazas, creating a replicable model where functionality and urban vibrancy merge to genuinely enhance the daily work experience.
