北京阳光金融中心

办公建筑类别入围

北京，中国

伍兹贝格担纲建筑与室内设计的北京阳光金融中心是阳光保险集团位于北京 CBD 的全新总部，也是尊重并和谐 CBD 环境的承前启后之作，同时还是伍兹贝格迄今为阳光保险设计的三座办公大楼中最具标志性的作品。项目总建筑面积 12 万平方米，设计团队以建筑体现阳光品牌的恒久与沉稳，秉持以人为本的理念，为阳光员工及其他入驻企业创造出一个促进健康、高效和协作，并充分融入社区的环境。该项目亦是可持续设计典范，获得 LEED 与 WELL 金级双认证。

As the company's new headquarters and W-B's third tower for Sunshine Insurance, Woods Bagot's confident yet subtle Beijing HQ for Sunshine Insurance is the most emblematic and respects its sought-after neighborhood. Located in the core area of Beijing CBD, the 120,000 sqm tower meets the ground as a square, but morphs gradually into an ellipse as it ascends skyward, twisting and tapering on the way up. The architects selected its tapering form for functional, aesthetic, and symbolic reasons, providing its workforce with an environment that promotes wellness, productivity, and collaboration, and is integrated into its community as a People Architecture.

AI PLAZA 坐拥上海西岸、徐汇滨江的优势区位，紧邻“垂直硅谷”西岸智塔 AI Tower。伍兹贝格团队在建筑外立面和室内设计上，深度挖掘其艺术+智慧的独特 DNA，通过镜像炫彩手法，叠加无边界设计和虚拟现实技术，实现艺术、科技、商业的共融共生，将互动美术馆式的体验性商业带到西岸。在这里，有形的设计成为品牌、空间与消费者之间互动的桥梁，也为创意品牌提供了 360 度独特的国际化展示平台，更为商业空间赋予了让艺术走进公众的无限可能性。

Situated adjacent to Shanghai AI Tower and surrounded by a large swathe of art galleries and museums in the emerging art & media context of Shanghai West Bund, Woods Bagot designed AI PLAZA opens to bring our imagination of art and intelligence to life, creating an interactive “tech-galarie” alike experience to the public, and a brand-new urban landmark to Shanghai city. A human-scale façade is designed to welcome visitors upon arrival with seasonal art installations. At the level of interior, the design team adopted a borderless design approach to juxtapose nature, art and humanism with technology, providing various stages for tenants and customers to connect and engage with each other.

Bourke 街 405 号

Bourke 街 405 号为墨尔本地标街道再填光彩，如“灯笼”般柔和发光的立面从视觉上激活了城市肌理，同时为城市中心繁忙与喧嚣的一面增加了一丝个性与优雅。设计团队通过统一连续的层状结构解决了项目面临的诸多场地限制，成功在东、西、裙楼立面之间建立了视觉联系。从城市展示面角度出发，Bourke 街 405 号充分地融入与其相邻的历史建筑之中，并为城市天际线增添了一抹现代魅力；在城市生活层面上，新的场地又能与墨尔本的街巷网络连通，可供城市市民进入、穿过。极为简洁、反复叠层的立面也在一天的不同时间捕捉着光线的微妙变幻，充满动感，反映着这座城市的活力。

405 Bourke Street is a luminous addition to an iconic Melbourne street. Known as ‘the lantern’ its softly glowing façade visually activates the urban fabric by creating an inviting landmark that adds character and a sense of simple elegance to a busy and bustling part of the city. Utilising a single technique of continuous ‘laminations’, 405 Bourke Street resolves numerous site constraints and covenants, as well as creating visual connection between the large East and West elevations and podium street wall. 405 Bourke exists in horizontal alignment to its adjoining, historic neighbours, and is an excitingly modern addition to the city skyline. The development connects, at an urban level, to a network of Melbourne lanes via new through-site links that provide access in and across the site. The dramatically simple facade system of repetitive laminations is designed to catch the sun differently throughout the day.

迪肯大学法学院大楼

教育建筑类别入围

墨尔本，澳大利亚

迪肯大学法学院大楼如雕塑般伏卧在校园的一角，联系起相对分裂的伯伍德校区。设计团队旨在创造一个“非常规化”的校园空间，重新定义公共和教育空间，创造性地融合内部学习空间，让整个建筑呈现出引人瞩目的几何形态。多媒体学习以及实验性的高端研习空间都以挑战传统的学习空间形式为出发，诠释出对不同新兴教学方法的理解。该建筑的影响力也已超出建筑本身的范畴，渗透到整个校园和周边的城市肌理之中。

As a sculptural lighthouse to beckon students back, the Deakin Law School Building in Melbourne is an "intentionally non-institutional" learning environment. The building delivers five levels of flexible, active learning spaces, each addressing a different methodology of teaching, doing away with the stilted lecture theatre. It reconciles the once splintered Burwood Campus, its striking form and glinting materiality serving as a form of wayfinding and arresting campus arrival point.
