<spanyes';font-family:宋体;line-height:150%; color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:12.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"="">健硕的身材、饱满的精神，怎么看高文安都不觉得他有70 的年纪，事实上，高文安自己也这么觉得。“我的精神年龄其实只有40岁，身体年龄则是30岁。我不给自己设限，生活也就不会给我设限。”如此好的身体、如此好的精神状态，得益于他二十余年如一日的坚持健身。50岁那年，高文安决定开始健身。他花费200万港币聘请世界上最专业的健身教练帮他制定训练计划和日常食谱。此后三年，高文安严苛按照健身教练为他量身定制的健身计划进行训练：每天花45分钟的时间进行肌肉训练；吃饭的话，遵循少盐、少油的原则。不吃肥肉，鸡肉只吃鸡胸肉，53岁那年，高文安拍摄了一组名为《At His Peak》的写真集，他赤裸着身体站在高高的露台上，黑白的影调让他的肌肉线条看起来有金属的质感，充满了力量。“很多人都想不到，他们眼前的这位健美先生其实已经53岁了。”说这席话时，高文安一脸得意。而今，二十多年过去了，他的身体依旧挺拔、有力。没错，他现在也在坚持健身，不管工作多忙，他每天也会拿出固定的时间用来强健体格。</spanyes';font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;>
