2022年1月22日，美国建筑师协会AIA Shanghai | Beijing Design Awards（AIA上海 | 北京卓越设计奖）年度大奖颁奖典礼在上海新天地朗廷酒店盛大举行。CLOU柯路建筑的北京来福士和三亚南山生活馆最终斩获三项大奖。CLOU创始人Jan Clostermann及董事李琳出席了颁奖仪式。

On 22 January 2022, the annual award ceremony of AIA Shanghai | Beijing Design Excellence Awards were held at the Langham Hotel in Xintiandi, Shanghai. Two CLOU projects Beijing Raffles City and Sanya Farm lab have won three awards in this year's competition. CLOU's founder Jan Clostermann and director Li Lin attended the award ceremony.

CLOU为金茂三亚设计的南山生活馆, 斩获两个大奖：从51个获奖作品中脱颖而出，特别荣获最佳建筑大奖银奖；同时还获得建筑设计教育类荣誉大奖。

Sanya Farm Lab designed by CLOU has won special awards: as top-two of 51 winners, it has won the Silver Award for Best of Show Architecture Award; In addition, it has also been awarded the Honor Award for Architecture Education.

CLOU's early project, Beijing Raffles City has been awarded the Merit Award in the Architecture of 10 years in Operation - Mixed Use Retail Centre category for its outstanding, high-quality design and commercial success.
