CLOU NEWS | 城市商业微更新——凯德MALL·望京改造动工-建筑档案

喜讯！位于北京市朝阳区广顺北大街33号院的凯德MALL·望京内部改造工程于近日动工。2021年9月，CLOU在设计竞标中夺冠，联手凯德负责商业裙楼内ABC三区中A区1至3层的公区设计，总建筑面积约为15,000平方米，包括主入口、公共区域、走道、扶梯、岛铺、公共洗手间、电梯厅、室内灯光等。

这座位于北京望京繁华生活区域，毗邻京承高速公路和首都国际机场高速公路的商业中心将焕发新的生机，增容后的凯德MALL·望京预计于2022年10月与大众见面。

Located at 33 Guangshun North Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing, the interior renovation of CapitaMall Wangjing has started construction recently. In September 2021, CLOU has won the design competition and teamed up with CapitaLand to take on the renovation challenge of the public area from the 1st to 3rd floors in district A of the entire podium. The construction area is around 15,000 square meters, including the main entrance, public areas, corridors, escalators, and lighting, etc.

The renovation project of CapitaMall Wangjing will regenerate business vitality to the long-standing shopping landmark and the prosperous communities nearby. The renewal area is expected to re-operate in September 2022.
