Winning News! Starry Street Wuhou has been announced Winner of the ICONIC AWARDS 2021: Innovative Architecture in the category of Retail architecture.

龙湖武侯星悦荟Starry Street位于成都市西南部的武侯区，紧邻武侯大道主路， 地铁3号线与9号线交汇于此，辐射整个武侯新城区居住人群及产业。 武侯星悦荟是一个居住、社交、以及商业办公平衡交织的综合体项目。柯路在设计时旨在创造出让居住空间、邻里社交空间、以及商业空间平衡交织的“三体成都”空间系统，建筑空间的舒适度助力于日常的社交体验和场景消费。

Situated in the newly planned Wuhou district of southwest Chengdu, Starry Street is a multifunctional complex connecting living, retail, and social community spaces. CLOU’s design combines these functions into a symbiotic three-body spatial system that interweaves the various commercial and residential spaces from bottom to top.

进入住宅体量围合出的中央庭院中，市井的街区生活由垂直向上的动线串联起来。 从公寓邻里的高层俯视，便 是现代成都的生活图鉴。

The upward movement is emphasized by the striking vertical circulation elements in a central courtyard surrounded by residential towers.

下沉广场容纳超市、餐厅、咖啡馆、酒吧等业态，透过圆形的中庭天井与第二首层平台上的电影院、娱乐运动业态、快闪活动舞台灯遥相呼应。

The sunken plaza encompasses focal points such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. A circular atrium resonates these lively programs with further sports, entertainment, and public social spa ces, into the communal levels above.

德国设计委员会创立于二战后的1953年，在德国联邦议院的大力倡导下由德国工业界出资成立，是全球领先的设计机构之一，致力于推广设计在全社会的意义和实践，促进更多标志性设计的产生。创新建筑奖包括建筑、室内设计、产品设计、视觉传达、概念五大类别。这是继2016年、2019年、2020年后，柯路连年获得德国标志性设计奖·创新建筑奖的认可。 2021 年标志性设计奖·创新建筑奖颁奖典礼将于 2021 年 10 月 11 日在慕尼黑商业地产及投资专业展览会 EXPO REAL 期间在慕尼黑现代艺术陈列馆举行。

Visionary architecture. Innovative products. Sustainable communication. The ICONIC AWARDS: Innovative Architecture by GermanDesign Council honor the best of the best. Our internationally respected, impartial design and architecture competition honors holistic projects in the fields of architecture, interior architecture, product design, and brand communication. This is the fourth year that CLOU has been recognized by the German Design Council since 2016. We will continue to seek innovative design solutions and realizing each project’s core attractiveness with the passage of time. The awards ceremony for the ICONIC AWARDS 2021: Innovative Architecture competition is guaranteed to attract media attention and will be held on 11th October 2021 in the architecturally renowned Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich.‍
