近日，地建师官方公布2020-2021第七届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」入围榜。 本届奖项共计502家机构参赛，申报作品超历届、再创历史新高，共计1919份。 参赛机构及作品遍及中国、中国香港、中国台湾、美国、新加坡、泰国、英国、德国、意大利、加拿大、日本、西班牙 、丹麦、澳大利亚、法国、阿联酋、越南等17个国家和地区。

最终，285家参赛机构所属的652份作品脱颖入围。继2020年， 叠叠乐鹿特丹生活广场和北京首开万科中心喜获两奖 之后，柯路建筑2021申请参赛的4个不同类型、不同地域的项目，均得以入围最终评选！

DJSER officially announced 7th CREDAWARD Shortlisted Projects. The organizing committee has received 1919 projects from 502 companies. Participating institutions and works cover 17 countries and regions including China, China Hong Kong, China Taiwan, USA, Singapore, Thailand, UK, Germany, Italy, Canada, Japan, Spain, Denmark, Australia, France, UAE, and Vietnam, etc. Finally, 652 works belonging to 285 participating institutions were shortlisted. Following 2020, Play Stack Shenyang and Shoukai Vanke Beijing Centre won two CRED Awards. This year, 4 different types of CLOU projects located in different regions are shortlisted for the final prize.
