诺和木勒凯德广场位于内蒙古呼和浩特市，这座7层的商场紧邻地铁二号线诺和木勒站，其优雅森林的主题将自然元素植入城市购物中心，为北方的严寒带来一个舒缓解压的室内空间。

Capitaland Nuohemule is located in Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia. The seven-storey shopping mall is adjacent to Nuohemule Station of Metro Line two. Forest theme interior design incorporates natural elements into the urban shopping space which astounds the entire city.

在设计之初，柯路希望打造一个具有新鲜个性的相会欢聚之地，致力于探讨如何使改造后的空间不仅是商业活动而且成为人们的精神载体，一个引领生活理念与情感体验之地，从而形成放松压力的公共环境，更大限度的回馈人们生活品质的可能性，并满足顾客好奇心驱使的开创性购物体验。

设计前期场地调研 vs. 改造建设完成

项目地处内蒙古呼和浩特市区，设计的挑战在于如何利用现状已完成的结构及消防系统，提升均质狭长的中庭压抑的空间感受。柯路在设计上舍弃了较多造价及维护成本高的垂直绿化，在水平层面打造诸多的绿植平台和交错开洞用以丰富中庭空间的感受，各层交错变化的中庭与绿植平台，使消费者的购物成为了花园中的旅行，将原本传统无趣的空间转变成一个富有吸引力和生命力，开放友好的环境。

The project is located in Hohhot city of Inner Mongolia, the initial challenge was how to utilize the existing structure and fire protection system so that the rather oppressive experience induced by long and narrow atriums can be relieved and re-imagined.

Many green garden platforms and staggered openings at horizontal levels are created, balance the high maintenance cost of vertical gardening. Ultimately, the method of design turns a dull and undeveloped space into a retail center that is full of energy, lively, and environmental friendly. 

远离市区的内蒙古有大片丰美的草原，但城市生活相伴温带大陆性气候，降水少风量大、变化极端、相对恶劣。设计之初便希望能在城市种打造出华北首家真正的绿色购物中心，柯路以古巴比伦的空中花园为设计灵感，采用立体造园手法，并将花园种植在各层错开平台之上。最终形成了一个水平与垂直错落变化而又互动的公共空间，协助凯德设计打造了内蒙古首家绿色有氧购物花园。

CLOU took the inspiration of the Hanging Garden of Babylon, incorporated the vertical gardening strategy, placing indoor gardens vertically and adjacently on each level, which resulted in a vertical scenery changing and public interactive space. 

CLOU aims to create a place of meeting and gathering with fresh personality, a place to lead visitors’ living concepts and emotional experiences, where people can relax and have their curiosity satisfied with the aground-breaking shopping experience. 

1-6层的大溪地溪流景观、原生空气凤梨、日式锦鲤菖蒲园、枯山水石景、空中精致公园、微型亚马逊热带雨林等组成了10000平方米的原生态自然空间。景观植物自然融合为室内空间的一部分，成为相对恶劣自然气候的环境过滤器。设计创造了一个不过分张扬，自然流动的空间，提供了更多适合人的尺度的共享场所。

The ten thousand square meters natural space consists of stream landscape, Japanese rock garden, sky garden, and Amazon rain forest landscape from floor one to six. These natural gardening blends into the interior architectural space, becoming an indoor air filter for the harsh climate.

柯路利用大面积的室内景观设计，打造了同一空间中“多个地面首层”的策略，具有潮流与清新主题的地下一层作为第一个直通地铁站的首层；而一至三层、四至六层分别形成具有整体感的室内森林主题，成为商场的第二个及第三个“首层”，这样的布局使得每一层都具备独到的吸引力，引导客流上下探索。

CLOU utilizes multiple ground planes strategy while applying interior planting design. B1 with light grey and fresh style of interior elements serves as the first “ground plane” directly connected to the subway station. The first to third and fourth to sixth floors form a forest theme with a sense of integrity while acting as the second and third “ground plane”. The design layout makes every floor attractive and increases the passenger flow.  

位于方中庭四层的公共运动区成为了项目另一亮点空间。柯路的设计策略着重于利用原有建筑本身的结构美，开放天花裸露出结构本身。将简约与轻工业的风格完美结合，使得公共区域的运动主题空间个性十足、更具活力，吸引人群参与。

Located on the fourth floor of the square atrium, the public sports space becomes one of the highlight spaces of the project. CLOU focuses on utilizing the structural beauty of the original building itself and opening the ceiling to expose the original structure. The perfect combination of the industrial style and minimalism makes the sports space unique and full of personality.
