2018新晋全球十大建筑设计公司之一（英国权威建筑杂志 “Building Design” 年度世界建筑设计公司100强榜）、美国第五大建筑设计事务所（业内知名 “Architectural Record 建筑实录” 杂志年度收益榜）— HKS国际建筑设计公司最近针对中国市场及中国分公司的领导层做出了全新的战略规划。

HKS, one of the Top 10 world architecture firms (according to WA100 2018 by British architecture magazine Building Design) and the fifth largest US architecture practice (according to Top 25 U.S. Architecture Firms of 2018 by Architectural Record magazine) is renewing its commitment to China with the addition of several senior leaders in its Shanghai office.

HKS国际建筑设计公司即将于2019年迎来其开业80周年、进入中国市场第9年的重要时刻。迄今为止，公司在中国已完成了超过200万平方米的项目，主要涉及医疗、酒店、体育和娱乐等项目类型。扩展后的中国分公司领导团队将不但能极大提高HKS在上述市场的竞争力，同时还将进一步拓展其在商业地产综合体、医疗及体育板块的业务。

HKS will celebrate its 80th year of business in 2019 and its ninth year in Shanghai. The firm has completed more than two million square meters of space in China primarily in the health, hospitality, sports and entertainment sectors.  The expanded leadership team in the Shanghai office will provide additional capabilities in these areas and expand the firm’s offerings in the commercial/mixed-use, health and sports sectors.

HKS国际建筑设计公司中国分公司的全新领导团队除了上海办公室原先的行政总监Joburt Betadam之外，还增加了新委派的两位董事曹斌（Bin Cao）和王翔（Alex Wang）。曹斌作为主创设计师在中美两国的商业综合体、酒店、零售、办公、教育和公共项目领域有着将近30年的丰富从业经验。王翔在医疗设施的设计规划方面也有着27年的经验，参与项目遍及美国、中国和亚洲其它地区。两位将分别担任商业地产综合体和医疗两个事业部的大中华区总监。大中华区体育及娱乐事业部总监则由董事范敏泽（Alan Fan）担任，他在建筑设计及项目管理领域拥有多年丰富的跨国经验，参与的项目遍及中国、英国、阿联酋、北美等，他将带领HKS体育及娱乐事业部在中国市场全新起航。

In addition to HKS Shanghai’s existing Managing Director, Joburt Betadam, the expanded leadership team includes Bin Cao, Principal, and Alex Wang, Principal. Bin Cao has more than 27 years of experience as a designer of commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, residential, educational and public sector projects in China and the U.S. Alex Wang also has 27 years of experience in the design and planning of healthcare facilities in the U.S., China and other locations in Asia. They will serve respectively as the Director of Commercial/Mixed-Use and the Director of Health practices in Greater China. Alan Fan, Principal, will be the Director of Sports practice in Greater China. Alan has many years of project design and management experience across the world, worked on a variety of projects in China, UK, UAE and North America.
