Office Space Design - Enabling Business Growth 

办公空间设计 – 为企业发展赋能

As an enterprise develops, it naturally goes through multiple stages of growth: starting from a small office and becoming a large corporation with branch offices spanning the country, or even the globe. Just as different companies need different development strategies at different stages of growth, the design of office spaces also needs to be tailored to the current and future needs of an enterprise.  

企业的发展都要经历由小到大:从一间微型办公室开始,发展成为一个分支遍布全国乃至全球的大集团。正如企业在不同时期需要不同发展策略,办公空间设计也需要根据企业当下及未来需求来量身定制,以顺应和支持企业当下的变革及未来扩张需求。

SCE’s Shanghai-based Headquarters project was proposed during a transition period in the company's development history. The Gensler team held multiple vision meetings with SCE's leadership during the starting phase of the project, clarifying what needs should be met by the project, not only as a workplace project but as a physical manifestation of the brand values of the company, as well as a magnet for talent to support the growth and recruitment needs of the brand. Ultimately, the project was designed with the hope of reflecting the following five themes and guiding principles: 

中骏地产上海总部项目处于中骏集团企业发展转型期。Gensler设计团队在启动阶段与中骏领导团队展开多次愿景会谈,明确新的总部不仅需要满足和支持员工实际工作需求,更要将中骏企业文化以具体化的形式呈现出来,以此加强与用户的情感共鸣,起到招募并留住顶尖人才的目的。我们希望设计能体现总部设计五大指导原则:

Brand Beacon-

品牌指示塔 –

A corporate headquarters facility is visited by a multitude of audiences, clients, employees, partners, and suppliers. As a physical object, the project serves as a representation of the company's brand and culture and acts as a means of communicating and resonating with the visitors. The project communicates core values of customer-centricity, dedicated tenacity, disciplined simplicity, openness to innovation, and strategic prudence. The Gensler design team sought to integrate these core values into the design of F3 - F7, interpreting each core value in terms of color and artistic design elements, creating a unique sense of atmosphere for each floor. 

公司总部是客户、员工、商业合作伙伴以及供应商频频到访的场所,其作为物理媒介应起到促使用户与中骏品牌文化建立联系并产生共鸣的作用。中骏集团的核心价值观是客户至上、持续奋斗、简单自律、开放创新、惧者生存。设计团队将这五条价值观融入到了项目3F – 7F楼的设计中,以不同的色彩和艺术作品对每条核心价值观进行了诠释,使员工在不同的楼层空间感受到截然不同又相辅相成的文化氛围。

As a research-oriented design firm, Gensler deeply understands that thorough surveys of market and users help us to provide effective and innovative solutions for our clients. Our research indicates that the following four working modes are present in the vast majority of organizations in varying proportions, with a balanced allocation of these modes being beneficial to the development and growth of the individual employees and of the organization as a whole. 

Gensler是研究型设计公司,我们深谙对市场及用户的深入调研有助于为业主提供有效的创新解决方案。我们多年的调研结果表明以下四种工作模式在不同组织中需根据其特性以不同的组合百分比呈现,这对企业发展和员工绩效而言非常重要。

Focus Space: Focusing on a task or project.

专注型:集中专注于某一特殊任务或项目

Group Work Space: Working in groups in active collaboration. 

团队协作型:与其他人员或团队合作,以达成既定目标

Education Space: Learning via experiential or lecture-style interaction.

学习型: 通过教育或体验,学习新知识或新技术

Social Space/Multi-Function Space: Creating a communicative culture, reinforcing group identity and enhancing interpersonal relationships through social interactions at work. 

社交空间 / 多功能空间: 通过工作的互动打造共同纽带、文化与价值观、集体认同感、共同合作和有效的人际关系。

The design of workspace is something that supports and empowers the growth of a firm, helps craft the culture and brand image, and help its ideas and values spread. 

办公空间设计为企业发展赋能,帮助企业更好的塑造形象,传播自己的理念。
