深圳东部的罗湖区是深圳当前城市发展的重点。最大的更新项目之一是“华润湖贝城市更新综统筹片区”,整个项目毗邻湖贝新村,易于与周围住宅区融合,打造充满活力的邻里氛围。在这里,由冯·格康,玛格及合伙人(gmp)建筑师事务所设计的办公和购物区,由三栋最高为250米的高层建筑构成,是新城区的城市序幕,它将公共区域与绿色空间在垂直方向结合起来。
Luohu in the east of Shenzhen is the focus of current urban development projects in the megacity. One of the largest renewal projects is the “China Resources Hubei Urban Renewal Integrated Planning Area”, which is based on the former village of Hubei and its diversity and dynamism. Here, the office and shopping district designed by Architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) from three high-rise buildings up to 250 meters high forms an urban prelude to the new urban area, which combines public, green urban space with vertical compression.

新区向东延伸至深南东路和文锦中路的交汇点,这是贯穿深圳最重要的东西轴线。本项目恰恰位于此处,使整个区域具有更新统筹的代表性,同时又连接了新旧城区。
The new district extends east to the intersection of Wenjin Middle Street and Shennan Road, one of the oldest and most important east-west connections through Shenzhen. This is precisely where the quarter designed by gmp is located, which gives the entire area a representative face and at the same time connects old and new urban structures.

成排的办公楼之间的绿色空间是gmp设计的出发点。塔楼间的道路使用频繁,连接园区与深南东路及罗湖站。这些绿色的“生长线”适合行人尺度,同时在垂直方向上作为绿色空间继续延续,高层立面上的切口形成宽敞的空中大厅和郁郁葱葱的空中花园。
The green spaces between the lined up office towers form the starting point for gmp's design. The passages form the most frequented route on the site, as they connect the new district with Shennan Road and in particular with Luohu Station. Conceived as green “growing lines”, they create a human scale on the one hand and, on the other hand, continue as green spaces in the vertical direction, which, as incisions in the high-rise facades, lead to spacious sky lobbies with lush gardens.

花园曲径通幽,与四层高的裙房相连,裙房为整个区域提供了各种商业空间,并连接三座高度分别为80米、200米和250米的塔楼。细长的水平露台形成绿色的外部空间,除了连接塔楼之外,还与城区建立了空间联系。外部自动扶梯和电梯创造了一个多样而生动的城市空间,邀请市民来此休闲购物。
The curved paths and gardens interlock with the four-story podium, which offers space for a wide range of commercial areas for the entire district and connects the three 80, 200 and 250 meter high towers as a base. Elongated horizontal terraces define the greened outside space, which, in addition to linking the towers, creates a link to the city district. External escalators and elevators also create a varied and lively urban space that invites you to rest, explore, shop and relax.
