作为长三角G60科创走廊策源地的重要空间节点,“长三角G60科创之眼”正由总体规划阶段逐步进入实体建造阶段。目前,项目二期09-06地块已完成主体结构封顶,工程进入主体施工关键阶段,整体预计于2027年底完成竣工验收。

As a key spatial node at the origin of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Sci-Tech Corridor, the Yangtze River Delta G60 Sci-Tech Eye is gradually transitioning from overall planning to physical realization. The main structure of Plot 09-06 (Phase II) has recently been topped out, marking a major milestone as the project enters a critical stage of construction. The overall project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.

09-06地块处于G60科创之眼片区设计框架中的核心区域,承担园区主要的研发办公及配套功能。在由gmp建筑师事务所主持的方案设计中,项目确立了清晰的空间结构:沿片区发展中轴设置核心地标,形成区域副中心;以东西向公共通道与南北向视线通廊构成主要空间骨架,在此基础上组织多个研发组团。

Plot 09-06 is located at the core area of the urban design framework for the G60 Sci-Tech Eye district and accommodates the primary R&D office and supporting functions of the park. In the design led by gmp Architects, a clear spatial structure was established: a central landmark is positioned along the development axis of the district to form a regional sub-center. The main spatial framework is defined by an east–west public corridor and a north–south visual corridor, around which multiple R&D clusters are organized.

方案也延续整体规划提出的“蝶变”策略,通过建筑体量的有序排布,在毗邻G60科创云廊的一侧形成连续的城市界面。建筑群在尺度控制与体量转折之间建立起节奏关系,使园区界面在保持整体统一的同时呈现适度变化的空间层次。

The design also follows the “Butterfly Transformation” strategy proposed in the master plan. Through the orderly arrangement of building volumes, a continuous urban frontage is created along the edge facing the G60 Sci-Tech Cloud Corridor. The ensemble establishes a rhythmic composition through careful control of scale and volumetric transitions, allowing the park frontage to maintain overall coherence while introducing subtle spatial variation.

在环境层面,通过连续的公共楔形空间,将研发办公、商业服务与景观系统整合在一起,打破传统产业园区封闭、单一的空间模式,构建开放复合的创新环境。桥梁、步行连廊及滨水景观系统,将研发建筑与周边水体和绿地连接起来,形成连续的慢行网络。

At the environmental level, a series of continuous wedge-shaped public spaces integrate R&D offices, commercial services, and landscape systems. This spatial strategy breaks away from the closed and single-functional model of traditional industrial parks and creates an open and mixed innovative environment. Bridges, pedestrian corridors, and waterfront landscapes connect the R&D buildings with surrounding water bodies and green spaces, forming a continuous slow-mobility network.

随着09-06地块在2027年整体竣工,“长三角G60科创之眼二期”将由建设阶段迈入运营阶段,并与G60科创云廊共同构成上海西南门户的重要科创节点,为区域创新网络提供持续的空间支撑。

Upon the completion of Plot 09-06 in 2027, Yangtze River Delta G60 Sci-Tech Eye Phase II will transition from construction to operation. Together with the G60 Sci-Tech Cloud Corridor, it will form an important sci-tech innovation gateway in southwest Shanghai and provide long-term spatial support for the regional innovation network.
