当城市的更新浪潮迭代向前，曾经的工业腹地将何去何从？深圳宝安的尖岗山片区凝结着“深圳速度”的制造荣光，也因产业变迁，迎来了亟待转型的契机。位于其核心区域的原金威啤酒二厂地块承载着一代深圳人的工业记忆与集体情感，同时面临着在有限空间内植入复合功能、延续历史文脉、并激发持续活力的现实挑战。项目的核心在于通过系统性重构，将曾经的“生产空间”转变为融合生活、创新与文化的共同体，并对深层城市命题给出解答：工业遗产如何在与未来功能融合中延续基因；又如何为高密度产城注入可呼吸的人文与公共活力？

Once a symbol of Bao’an district’s rich industrial legacy, the former brewery factory stood silent amid the tides of economic transformation. Now, under the visionary design leadership of Aedas Global Design Principal Kevin Wang and Founder and Chairman Keith Griffiths, the landmark site is being thoughtfully reimagined as a vibrant, high-density community. The revitalised development promises to infuse the area with enduring social, cultural, and economic vitality, setting a new benchmark for urban regeneration.

对此，Aedas提出了“创造性转化工业遗产、重塑可持续城市活力”的核心愿景。“工业记忆不应止于静态保护，我们希望通过功能叠合与空间赋能，将珍贵的城市历史带入当代城市生活。”项目主要设计人，Aedas全球设计董事王烨冰、Aedas创始人及主席纪达夫（Keith Griffiths）说道。

Aedas： 我们的设计旨在让建筑本身成为一部“可阅读的酿造史”。在造型上，我们直接呼应场地最深刻的工业记忆——发酵罐。塔楼圆润的轮廓与竖向的韵律线条，抽象化地再现了昔日厂区内林立的不锈钢罐体意象；部分裙楼与产业建筑立面采用的金属圆管和波纹造型，是对工业元素文脉的再现，在阳光下的细腻的光影变化，延续了工业文明的精工美学。
