Standard Chartered Bank's refurbished Kwun Tong office, is redesigned a be people-centric hub for hybrid work. It features two agile community floors: a flexible Client Suite with activity-based working and a vibrant cafeteria serving as a social hub. The design draws inspiration from Kwun Tong's industrial heritage, using natural materials and dynamic zones to foster collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.

Confidential Financial Services Client

The office of this confidential Professional Services Client's new APAC headquarters in Hong Kong embraces a post-pandemic hybrid work model. The layout prioritizes employee well-being by positioning workstations along windows for maximum natural light, while placing private offices inward. It features flexible breakout areas, multi-functional focus rooms, and operable walls for adaptable town halls. A distinctive local touch is added with a "cha chaan teng"-style pantry, nodding to Hong Kong culture. The design balances functional flexibility with comfort and local character.

Sotheby's Hong Kong APAC Headquarters

Sotheby's Hong Kong new APAC headquarters in Hong Kong spans four floors at Six Pacific Place. Inspired by the theme "Noces Vegetal" (the union of art and nature), the design features soft contours, natural elements, and a central staircase to enhance connectivity. It includes client-facing zones for secure art handling, open work neighborhoods flooded with natural light, and a versatile work café for events. The space elegantly supports both client services and staff collaboration. The project has recently received the CoreNet HK Awards 2025 for Judge's Choice Award.

Confidential Financial Services Firm

For its new Hong Kong office at One Exchange Square, this confidential Financial Services Firm partnered with Gensler to create a community-focused workplace. The design employs a "neighborhood" strategy, moving offices inward to flood open areas with natural light. A central "town square" pantry and hospitality-inspired lounges encourage collaboration. Blending luxury with local character, the space balances client-facing functions with vibrant social areas for staff.

Huya Headquarters

Huya's new Guangzhou headquarters, designed by Gensler, creates an immersive brand experience on its top two floors. The space integrates real-time streaming technology and interactive VR pods, directly connecting employees and visitors to the gaming platform. It features a multi-functional Experience Center for events and an Executive Center with a café, VIP dining, and hybrid fitness-gaming areas. The design reflects the dynamic culture of China's youth and Huya's identity as a leading live-streaming platform.

渣打银行焕新后的观塘办公室，旨在打造一个以人为本、支持混合办公模式的枢纽空间。其设计包含两层灵活社区空间：采用灵动办公模式的灵活客户专区，以及作为社交枢纽的活力员工餐厅。设计灵感汲取自观塘的工业历史底蕴，运用天然材质与动态功能分区，以促进协作、创新与员工福祉。

保密专业服务公司办公室

这家专业服务公司位于香港的全新亚太区总部，采用了后疫情时代的混合办公模式。设计以员工福祉为先，将工位沿窗布局以引入最大自然光照，同时将独立办公室内移。空间设有灵活 breakout 区、多功能专注会议室，以及配备可操作隔墙的弹性多功能厅。特别融入本地特色的"茶餐厅"风格茶水间，呼应香港文化。整体设计在功能灵活性、舒适度与在地特色之间取得了平衡。

苏富比香港亚太区总部

苏富比位于香港太古广场六座的全新亚太区总部横跨四层空间。设计以"植物婚礼"（艺术与自然的交融）为灵感，运用柔和的轮廓曲线与自然元素，并通过中央楼梯增强空间联动性。空间涵盖保障艺术品安全处理的客户接待专区、充盈自然光的开放式办公区，以及可承办活动的多功能工作咖啡厅，优雅兼顾客户服务与团队协作需求。此项目近期荣获2025年CoreNet HK大奖的"评委特别奖"。

保密金融服务公司

这家金融服务公司携手Gensler，在其位于香港交易广场的新办公室打造了以社区为核心的办公空间。设计采用"社区邻里"策略，将独立办公室内移，使开放式区域充满自然光照。中央的"市集广场"式茶水间与酒店风格休闲厅促进协作交流。空间融合奢华格调与本地特色，既满足客户接待功能，又为员工提供充满活力的社交区域。

虎牙总部

由Gensler设计的虎牙广州新总部在其顶部两层打造了沉浸式品牌体验空间。该空间融合实时流媒体技术与交互式VR体验舱，将员工和访客直接连接至游戏直播平台。其核心包括举办活动的多功能体验中心，以及集咖啡厅、VIP餐饮区、混合健身房与游戏区于一体的行政中心。设计充分体现了中国年轻群体的动态文化，并彰显了虎牙作为领先直播平台的品牌身份。
