本期《建筑创作》为 gmp • 冯 • 格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所专刊，以事务所的巡回展“UMBAU • 改建，不间断转变”为主题，展示针对21世纪建筑业面临的特殊挑战而进行的改建项目范例，表达事务所对挑战的思考和回应。

《建筑创作》主编胡越、编辑部主任项曦和本期编辑王梦雪、张奕先、陈一凡共同采访了 gmp 的三位合伙人兼执行总裁施特凡 • 胥茨（Stephan Schütz）、吴蔚和玛德琳 • 唯斯（Magdalena Weiß）。

访谈围绕 gmp 的设计理念、跨文化实践与发展方向这几个主要议题展开，以三位各自的视角和实践经验进行阐释，呈现对议题立体而丰富的解读。

加斯泰格汉普 8 号伊萨尔爱乐音乐厅

爱乐音乐厅 7 400 m2 + E馆 8 440 m2丨项目面积

经过仅一年半的施工，伊萨尔爱乐音乐厅顺利建成，可为听众提供大约1 900个席位。建筑采用了模块化木结构，成本被成功地控制在4 000万欧元的预算范围内。

爱乐音乐厅将与作为文保建筑修复后的原变电站（E馆）共同组成伊萨尔爱乐音乐厅，成为加斯泰格汉普8号的核心建筑群。在有限的时间与预算框架下，gmp 的设计成功实现了具有国际标准的音响效果与高品质的演出氛围。该项目使森德林区前城市发电站园区得以可持续发展，成为慕尼黑充满生机的文化街区。

After a construction period of just 18 months and within the budget of around 40 million Euro the Isarphilharmonie in timber module construction, with about 1,900 seats, has now been completed.

The Philharmonie Concert Hall, combined with the former transformer building (Hall E) which has been refurbished to listed building standard, forms the Isarphilharmonie and became the focal point of Gasteig HP8. The architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) have succeeded—within a very tight time frame and budget—in creating an attractive venue with top-class acoustics of international standard that establishes the former Stadtwerke site in Sendling sustainably as a new, vibrant cultural quarter in Munich.

阿尔斯特游泳馆

2023年11月24日，位于德国汉堡的阿尔斯特游泳馆举行了盛大的开业典礼。3根结构柱支撑的混凝土屋顶由2个双曲抛物壳面组成，建成时令汉堡居民联想到悉尼歌剧院，因此该建筑被称为“水上歌剧院”。

壮观的壳体屋面、配有50 m游泳池的巨大内部空间，以及外立面结构均在改建中得以留存。与此同时，建筑师首次对体育设施进行了整体全面的重新设计，并增设现代化装置。

The ceremonial reopening of the Alsterschwimmhalle took place on November 24, 2023. At the time, the concrete shell roof, which consists of two hyperbolic paraboloid shells carried by three supports, reminded Hamburg's citizens of the Sydney Opera House—and since then, has been lovingly nicknamed "Schwimmoper" ("Swimming Opera").

The spectacular shell roof, the enormous interior with the 50-meter pool, and the facade construction were retained. At the same time, the sports facilities were comprehensively redesigned for the first time and supplemented with contemporary additions.

西班牙足球冠军记录保持者皇家马德里足球俱乐部（简称皇马）的主场——圣地亚哥 - 伯纳乌球场堪称一个传奇。过去10年里，这座球场按照整体规划理念进行了改扩建，原本混合多样的建筑结构已转变为一座创新型多功能球场。容量在目前约8万个席位的基础上增加了约3 000个座位。在上层看台，一个新建的平台将提供240个贵宾和接待休息室，以及1 600多个额外的席位。

大部分现有结构被保留下来，并用不锈钢百叶围合成一个新的整体幕墙。移动式球场草坪可以灵活替换为坚固的地面平台，用于举办体育赛事以外的其他活动。可开合的球场屋顶便于灵活适应各种天气条件。

It is an authentic legend: the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu, home of Spanish soccer record-holder Real Madrid. The old Bernabéu's disparate mix of architecture has been transformed into an innovative and versatile multifunctional arena. Over the past decade, the stadium has been remodeled and expanded according to a comprehensive master plan. The stadium's prior capacity of approximately 80,000 seats will be increased by nearly 3,000 seats. Above the upper tiers, a new level with a total of 240 VIP and hospitality lounges will offer as many as 1,600 additional seats.

The existing building was largely retained and enclosed with a new wrap-around facade made of stainless-steel louvers. The natural turf field can be moved to reveal a concrete slab underneath. This makes it easy to host other events in addition to soccer. A retractable roof allows the stadium to adapt flexibly to any weather conditions.

之禾卡纷花园

坐落于郁郁葱葱的花园之中，掩映于衡山路和东平路两侧的百年梧桐树之下，一批新近修缮完成的历史建筑向访客和游人开放。该项目由之禾卡纷集团（简称之禾）与徐汇区紧密协调，于2021年下半年启动，是“衡山路复兴路历史文化风貌区”（简称衡复风貌区）核心区域的组成部分。

项目包括两座建于20世纪20年代的优秀历史建筑、两座20世纪90年代加建的建筑，以及一座历史名木花园。20世纪90年代加建的建筑就已尝试与原本相互没有联系的历史建筑在外观上实现统一，并将历史建筑的拱形窗和统一的灰泥外立面作为建立联系的设计元素。

Nestled in a lush garden, shaded by century-old plane trees along Hengshan and Dongping Road, a group of newly renovated historical buildings opened its doors for visitors and flaneurs. The ICCF Group (ICICLE) had initiated the project in late 2021 in close coordination with Xuhui District, as it is part of the core area of "Hengfu Historical Style Protection Zone".

The project includes two villas listed as outstanding historical buildings, both built in the 1920s, two additional buildings built in the 1990s, as well as the garden with several tall trees that had to be preserved. Already in the 1990s, when the additional buildings were added, an attempt had been made to unify the appearance of the formerly unrelated historical buildings with the additional structures, taking the arched windows of the historical buildings and a unifying grey plaster acade as connecting design elements.

京印国际中心

随着京印国际中心的竣工，gmp 完成了对北京南站附近一座老旧购物中心的改造，将它变身为多功能办公综合体。通过针对性的内部改造和全新玻璃幕墙安装，gmp 的改造和节能升级设计将自然光线引入曾经封闭的内向型建筑中，首次将建筑与周边城市社区连接起来。

如今，连续的节能玻璃幕墙取代了曾经厚重封闭的建筑表皮，在最大化引入自然光的同时，用户可以自主控制自然通风。宽敞的屋顶露台为办公空间提供了高品质的工作环境。

With the completion of the Jing IN International Center, gmp have revitalized an aging shopping mall adjacent to Beijing South Railway Station into a multifunctional office complex. Their design for the conversion and energy-efficient upgrade introduces daylight into the formerly introverted building through targeted interior modifications and a new glass facade, for the first time opening it up to the surrounding urban neighborhood.

A continuous, energy-efficient glass facade with rounded corners now replaces the former solid, closed-off building envelope, maximizing natural light while allowing for user- controlled natural ventilation. Expansive rooftop terraces offer a high-quality work environment for the office spaces above.
