世界高层建筑与都市人居学会(CTBUH)于日前公布了2025年CTBUH杰出奖获奖名单，由gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所设计的三座高层建筑一举斩获五个奖项：位于深圳的中信国际大厦荣获“2025年度最佳高层建筑杰出奖”；中建四局科创大厦荣获“2025年度建造杰出奖”和“2025年度系统杰出奖”，还凭借其在超高层建筑中创新性地使用太阳能烟囱以及在建筑施工中应用机器人技术，获得了“创新杰出奖”；北京的京印国际中心——一个将旧购物中心改造为现代化办公环境的翻新项目，荣获“2025年度改造杰出奖”。三个项目将于今年10月在多伦多举行的CTBUH2025全球大会上面对评审团分别角逐类别最高奖。

The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) just announced the winners of 2025 CTBUH Awards of Excellence. Three high-rise buildings designed by gmp · von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects have won five awards: the CITIC International Building in Shenzhen won the "Best Tall Building 2025 Award of Excellence". The headquarters of the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) won the "Construction Award 2025 Award of Excellence" and the "Systems Award 2025 Award of Excellence". CSCEC also won in the "Innovation" category for its innovative use of a solar chimney in a super high-rise building and the use of robotics in construction. Jing In International Center, a renovation project in Beijing that transformed a former shopping mall into a modern office environment, received the "Repositioning Award 2025 Award of Excellence." All three projects will be presented to live jury at the CTBUH 2025 International Conference in Toronto this October to compete for the final award of each category.
