今年4月，汉堡港口新城海景区南部商业中心Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier 盛大开业。HPP作为该项目的总指挥，2015 年便开始负责制定总体规划细则，历经十年，成功地将14栋独立建筑融合为有机整体，并通过BIM平台负责参与该项目的十余家建筑事务所的协同工作。

In April this year, the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier in Hamburg’s HafenCity celebrated the retail opening. It is a large-scale project for which HPP have assumed the role of integrative master planner since 2015. In this role HPP have integrated the 14 individual buildings into an overall unit and have been responsible for coordinating and bringing together the more than 10 design architects involved in the project via BIM platform.

汉堡港口新城是欧洲最大的内城开发项目，是临水欧洲新城的典范。这个占地 157公顷的区域已建成一个新的生气勃勃的滨水城区。它不仅将汉堡市的范围扩展到了易北河边，同时也形成了新的都市风格，成为一个整体式的，具有混合用途且充满活力的城区。整体规划自西向东，自北向南进行开发，共由十个各自具有鲜明特点的城区构成。其中的海景区是港口新城的商业中心，其北部区域于2016年完工，而南部区域则由欧洲地产巨头Unibail-Rodamco开发。

HafenCity is the Europe’s biggest inner-city urban development and serves as a model for new urban waterfront districts. This 157-hectare area has been transformed into a vibrant waterfront city. It not only extends Hamburg’s urban area to the banks of the Elbe River but also creates a new urban style, forming a holistic, mixed-use, and dynamic district. The overall development progresses from west to east and north to south, consisting of ten districts, each with its own distinct character. The Überseequartier, located at the heart of HafenCity, serves as the commercial hub. Its northern area was completed in 2016, while the southern section is being developed by the European real estate giant Unibail-Rodamco.

海景区南部是汉堡港口新城最后一个规划区段，这里包括零售、餐饮、娱乐、邮轮码头、酒店以及办公与居住功能在内的综合建设。项目中也采用了TOD开发模式，将邮轮码头、地铁、公交、出租车和停车场等多种出行方式共同垂直整合在一座建筑当中。同时提供发达的城市步行道和自行车网络，并结合助力车、微型电动车等多种方式形成共享系统。

South Überseequartier is HafenCity’s final planning segment. This mixed-use development includes retail, dining, entertainment, a cruise terminal, hotels, and office and residential functions. The project also adopts a TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) model, integrating various transportation modes such as the cruise terminal, subway, bus, taxis, and parking. It also offers an extensive urban pedestrian and cycling network, combining shared systems that include e-bikes and micro-mobility vehicles.
