新年伊始，我们高兴地宣布，s+s目前已正式变更为股份制公司。集团旗下建筑设计公司(A)、工程项目管理公司(B)、城市设计公司(S)、国际公司(I)、产品设计公司(D)等业务部分，包括s+s在中国的两个分支机构，均已并入股份公司内，各部门将保持原有的管理和职能不变。
At the beginning of the New Year, we are pleased to announce that s+s has officially transitioned to a joint stock company. The business parts of the group, including the architectural design company (A), the project management company (B), the urban design company (S), the international company (I), and the product design company (D), including the two branches of s+s in China, have all been integrated into the joint stock company, Each department will maintain its original management and functions.

变更后的股东结构由三部分组成：2位创始人、7位新晋股东以及为鼓励公司有潜质、有能力的成员晋升发展所预留的部分股权。这一决定经过了多次建设性的讨论与磋商，是s+s在创建36周年后为了确保公司未来更良好的发展所做出的决定。我们期待新的机制会在公司间产生良好的反响，激发团队活力，也为所有成员提供更加广阔的合作平台。同时， 祝贺s+s中国事业部负责人王楠女士荣任为集团股东 ，相信在9位股东的带领下，s+s将迈入一个全新的发展阶段，迎来一个更长远的未来！

The changed shareholder structure consists of three parts: the two founders, seven new shareholders, and a portion of the share capital reserved to encourage the promotion and development of potential and capable members of the company.
