gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所于12月6日在杭州盛大举行2024亚洲区年会暨gmp中国 25 周年庆典活动。来自上海、北京、深圳、柏林、汉堡、河内的一百五十位同事齐聚一堂。晚宴前夕，全球各地的同事们参与了西溪游船活动。在长达一个半小时的航程中，众人于欣赏夕阳西下、红霞满天之壮丽黄昏景致之际，亦尽享倦鸟归林、虫鸣鸟叫所带来的闲林野趣。

The architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp), celebrated its 25th anniversary in China and hosted its 2024 Asia Annual Party on December 6th in Hangzhou, China. Over 150 colleagues from Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Berlin, Hamburg, and Hanoi gathered together. Prior to the Annual Party, all attendees embarked on a boat tour of Xixi National Wetland Park, immersing themselves in the stunning natural beauty of Hangzhou. The serene atmosphere and breathtaking sunset provided a perfect backdrop for camaraderie and reflection.

年会晚宴在木守西溪酒店举行，酒店坐落于西溪国家湿地公园，是老建筑改造更新的优秀项目。晚宴主色调为黑色与红色，餐桌依项目划分，展示了16个gmp经典建成项目。

The Annual Party gala was held at the MUH SHOOU XIXI Hotel, a outstanding renovated building from five old buildings originally on this site within the Xixi National Wetland Park. The dinner was themed around 16 iconic gmp projects, with each table showcasing a different project.

晚宴由 gmp 合伙人兼执行总裁吴蔚先生、玛德琳・唯斯女士以及施特凡・胥茨先生共同主持。创始合伙人福尔克温・玛格教授发表开场致辞，向莅临亚洲区年会的嘉宾、同事以及杭州的业主们致以诚挚问候。

Executive partners Wu Wei, Magdalene Weiss, and Stephan Schütz hosted the event. Founding partner Volkwin Marg delivered a welcome speech, expressing his gratitude to all attendees and clients in Hangzhou.

岁月见证初心，荣休致敬韶华。晚宴迎来了合伙人兼执行总裁尼古劳斯・格茨先生与合伙人福克玛·西弗斯先生的荣誉退休仪式。荣退仪式首先播放了两位建筑师在中国二十多年工作场景的视频，格茨先生与西弗斯先生先后致辞，在依依不舍中表达了对同事和业主们的感谢。

The evening also marked the retirement of executive partner Nikolaus Goetze and partner Volkmar Sievers. A touching video montage celebrated their significant contributions to the firm over the past two decades. Mr. Goetze and Mr. Sievers delivered heartfelt speeches thanking their colleagues and clients.

此后，吴蔚先生、玛德琳・唯斯女士与施特凡・瑞沃勒先生为在公司服务满五年、十年、二十年的员工举行颁奖仪式，代表 gmp 向员工们表达由衷的感激之情，充分肯定他们为公司发展所作出的卓越贡献。

Awards were presented by Wu Wei, Magdalene Weiss and Stephan Rewolle to employees who have served gmp for five, ten, and twenty years, recognizing their dedication and commitment.

晚宴结束后，众人尽情畅饮、翩翩起舞直至深夜。

As the evening wore on, guests continued to revel in merriment, their laughter and music filling the night air until the stars began to fade.

12月7日上午，同事们参观了8个gmp在杭州的经典建成项目——公元大厦、坤和中心、赞成中心、杭州国大城市广场、杭州国贸金融大厦、横店集团总部大厦、杭州钱江新城43地块和华融大厦。

On December 7th, attendees toured several of gmp's iconic projects in Hangzhou, including the Gongyuan Building, Canhigh Center, Zancheng Center, GDA Plaza, Guomao Financial Tower, Hengdian Headquarters, CICO Headquarters and Huarong Twintowers.
