gmp新作 | 深圳锦绣科学园三期工程

由gmp·冯·格康,玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所设计的深圳锦绣科学园三期工程于前不久落成。项目位于深圳北创新中心龙华新区科技文化服务中心,是锦绣科学园的三期收官工程,一期和二期工程分别于2015年和2017年落成,均为花园式多层办公园区。三期设计方案以多功能布局为特色,致力于在满足研发办公基本功能的基础上,创造绿色、共享、高效的新型产业园。

Designed by gmp von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects, Shenzhen GS Park Phase III was recently completed. The project is located in the Longhua New District Science and Cultural Service Center of Shenzhen Northern Innovation Center, which is the third and final phase of GS Park. The first and second phases were completed in 2015 and 2017, both featuring garden-style multi-story office environment. A multifunctional offer is provided in the new design, which is committed to creating a new green, sharing and efficient industrial park on the basis of meeting the functions of research and development.

三期建筑群由四栋高层研发办公及连接一体的裙房组成。设计充分利用裙房的空间特点及连接作用,通过首层的风雨连廊及二三层连桥无缝衔接各栋塔楼。这些通道在裙房内曲折延伸,在商业空间内形成移步换景的效果。裙房屋顶花园是园区设计的亮点,它不仅有效的联系了建筑群,同时为园区的共享空间增加了新的维度。

The Phase III building complex consists of four high-rise R&D plants and integrated podium buildings. The design makes full use of the spatial characteristics and connecting function of the podium, and seamlessly connects each tower through the first floor of the ventilation corridor and the second and third floors of the bridge. Because of changes of direction of this lane, there are always new viewpoints and perspectives in the commercial area. The roof garden is the highlight of the R&D park, which not only effectively links the group of buildings, but also adds a new dimension to the shared space of the park.

gmp的设计为整座科学园创建了三个广场,包括基地西南角面向道路交叉口的中心广场、会议厅一侧朝向南侧道路开放的入口广场,以及沿五和大道连续延展的带形庭院。建筑设计在不同层面上回应了场地的起伏地势,形成了两个入口层标高:研发办公区共享十字路口的中央广场,位于西侧的酒店入口则被抬高了6米。园区充分利用场地地形特点,尽可能减少土方量,形成多个半地下室空间。设计通过采光井与下沉庭院优化地下室的自然通风及采光条件,降低能耗。

3 Plazas are created in this design complex, including the main plaza right in the southwest corner of the site, a courtyard for the conference hall opened to the south street, and the continuous strip courtyard along Wuhe Avenue. The design follows in different levels of the natural topography of the site resulting in two different entrance levels: while the office buildings share the central plaza at the intersection, the hotel entrance in the west is 6m higher. The park makes full use of the terrain characteristics of the site, reduces the amount of earth movement as much as possible and forms multiple semi-basement spaces. The design optimizes natural ventilation and lighting conditions in the basement through light Wells and sunken courtyards to reduce energy consumption.

建筑立面严格依据模数化设计。高层塔楼和裙房的玻璃幕墙在每个单元内通过改变平面与斜面的位置,整体上构成了波浪般的曲折肌理。每个单元在统一的立面位置设置有开启扇,利用自然通风满足节能要求。建筑体量在竖直方向塔楼均享有带宽敞露台的两层通高空中大堂。建筑首层后退形成连贯的柱廊,令人联想起中国岭南建筑中的骑楼空间。

The facades are planned strictly according to modular design. The glass facades of the high-rise towers and the podium are like waving lines. They change their positions between inner- and outer line every façade-grid. Each unit is equipped with opening fans at a uniform elevation position to reduce energy consumption by natural ventilation. The building volumes offers public spaces also in the vertical: the towers have 2-storey sky lobbies with large loggias outside, while the ground floor is recessed forming a continuous arcade, which recalls the traditional “Qi-Lou” space in south China.

塔楼顶部巧妙利用水平百叶覆盖了屋顶的设备机房。裙楼的立面结构与塔楼相同,但沿路一侧由大尺寸铝板封闭,便于安装广告和标识牌。有着较大进深尺寸的立面型材起到了一定的遮阳作用,成为节能玻璃的补充。

The top of the towers is cladded by big horizontal lamellas which cover the technical equipment behind. The Podium has the same facade structure as the towers, but is closed by big, insulated metal panels at the street side. All straight panels could be used for advertisements. The profile depth is also used as sun protection, in addition to the measures provided for solar control glass.
