2023年11月3日，上海市建筑学会第十届建筑创作奖获奖项目名单正式公布。本届共有104家机构的913个项目共同角逐，经过两轮高规格专家评审，最终评选出获奖项目345项，其中优秀奖为57项，佳作奖135项、提名奖153项。

On November 3, 2023, the list of winning projects for the 10th Architecture Creation Award of ASSC was officially announced. This year, a total of 913 projects from 104 institutions competed together. After two rounds of high-level expert evaluation, 345 award-winning projects were finally selected, including 57 Best Awards, 135 Excellence Awards, and 153 Nomination Awards.

西安丝路国际会议中心提供会议空间、展览空间及多功能空间，它将填补西安及西北地区大型专业会议中心场馆的市场空白，可满足国际高峰论坛、双边及多边会议等大型会议和宴会的功能要求。方正对称的屋面、均衡的水平向立面比例、理性规整的柱式是对中国古典建筑特征进行转译和传承。会议中心建筑以200米见方的正方形平面，与向内凹进的弧线立面形成均衡大气的建筑体量。

Silk Road International Conference Center offers conference, exhibition, and multifunctional facilities for international forums, as well as for bilateral and multilateral summits, and thus is the largest integrated conference center in the north-west of China. The sweeping symmetrical shape of the roof, the measured horizontal facade proportions, and the column pattern are understood as references to traditional Chinese architecture. The concave, retreating curved glass facades and the half-moon-shaped upper and lower parts of the facades give the square structure, with its 200-meter-long sides, classical and elegant proportions.

重庆中德（龙盛）高端制造产业园

重庆中德（龙盛）高端制造产业园位于重庆市北部的两江新区，两江新区是一个发展态势强劲的产业聚集区。项目旨在吸引中国和德国的公司和企业，并大幅提升两江新区的产业环境。影响项目总体布局和空间布置的一个突出因素是用地的特殊地形。重庆是典型的山地城市，项目地块两个主要方向的高差达23米。相邻地块大多采用人为平整的方式处理高差，而gmp摒弃了工业项目的常规做法，极大程度地顺应地势。通过这种方式，在建筑之间和中央景观公园内创造了趣味十足的视野和联系。

The Chongqing Sino-German Industrial Park is in Liangjiang New Area recently, a thriving industry zone north of the city of Chongqing. The industrial park aims at attracting chinese and german companies and businesses while bringing the quality of industry environment in Liangjiang New Area to a new level. A striking element that dominates the overall layout and space arrangement of the project is the extreme topography of the site: Typical of Chongqing, there are height differences of up to 23 meters in both main directions of the terrain. In contrast to the neighboring plots, where these height differences have mostly been artificially levelled, gmp’s design closely follows the topography in a way that is highly unusual for industrial projects. By this, interesting views and relations between the buildings and within the central landscape park are created.

常州文化广场

常州市位于无锡和南京之间，人口约三百万。常州文化广场总建筑面积为50.6万平方米，设有一座美术馆、一座科技馆、一座图书馆以及服务中心，建成后成为新北区的市区文化广场。常州市水网密布，素有水乡之誉，设计概念灵感深受地域文化启发。一座形同拱桥，拥有巨大悬挑结构的建筑综合体由6个模块组成，高45米，虽然综合体内部在建筑表现和功能用途上丰富多样，但其外观在视觉上则呈现统一性和整体性。整座文化广场被置于一个屋檐之下。位于东侧的美术馆和西侧的科技馆构成一座中央公共广场。水体和宏大的自然景观主题塑造了高品质的逗留空间，成为常州城内又一个理想的聚会之所。

In the Chinese province of Jiangsu, within the catchment area of Shanghai, lies the city of Changzhou which, with its about 5 million inhabitants, has developed into an important industrial metropolis in the Yangtze Delta region. In the newly created city center of Changzhou, the architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp) have created a cultural center with an art museum, library, hotel, offices, and retail areas. gmp won the international competition in 2012 with a design that generates a spatially diverse urban landscape with buildings and a public park. With this concept, the Changzhou Culture Plaza has become a symbolic and unmistakable new public center of Changzhou.

陆家嘴滨江中心

陆家嘴滨江中心位于上海浦东新区北部的黄埔江畔，远眺陆家嘴金融中心。滨江中心由三座高层办公楼组成，建筑高度分别为15至140米不等，另有十座低矮体量的多层商墅单体平行布局于沿江面。项目周边地块以住宅区为主，由于该地曾作为码头使用，至今仍充满了港口气息。设计方案基于此周边环境，将现存的历史建筑、临江粮仓以及港口设施结合一体，打造清晰明朗的交通网格，通过贯穿建筑群整体的巷道与轴线关系，建立与公共空间的联系。同时，在新建筑群之间留出公共广场与景观空间。

At the banks of the Huangpu River, close to the Lujiazui Finance Center in the north of Pudong, the new Lujiazui Riverfront Center complex has been completed. The new ensemble consists of three office towers, ranging between 15 and 140 meters in height, and ten freestanding smaller commercial buildings laid out in parallel to the river. The site is surrounded by residential buildings and lies in a neighborhood dominated by the former port facilities. The design takes its cue from this neighborhood by integrating the existing historic buildings—a former grain store and port facilities—and by creating strong urban connections using a network of axes and alleys that crisscross the complex. At the same time, this creates plazas and landscaped areas between the new buildings.

上海漕河泾科技绿洲四期

漕河泾新兴技术开发区位于上海市西南部的闵行区，经过几十年的发展，已从生产工业用地转型升级为高端服务业用地。上海产业园位于漕宝路以北，毗邻两条地铁线路，交通便利。园区占地13.7公顷，2003年起开始分期开发建设。漕河泾科技绿洲四期设计灵感源自阿灵顿公园的概念方案。整个园区采用开放式景观布局，建筑以低层总部大楼和对外出租办公楼为主，辅以少量精心布置的高层建筑和服务设施，打造优质高端的商业氛围。

The area of Caohejing High-Tech Park in Minhang District, south-west of Shanghai’s city center, has continuously been upgraded over the past decades from production industry land to high-quality service industry. Shanghai Business Park, located north of Caobao Road and conveniently connected via two metro lines, covers an area of 13.7 hectares and is being developed since the year 2003 in several phases. Originally designed according to the concept of Arlington Parks, the Business Park consists mainly of low-rise headquarter and rent-out office buildings integrated in an open landscape park. Some strategically placed high-rise buildings and service facilities complete the high-quality business environment.
