schneider+schumacher is an international German architectural firm headquartered in Frankfurt am Main(DE), founded in 1988 by the architects Till Schneider and Michael Schumacher and has three branches in Vienna (AU) ,Tianjin (CN) , Shenzhen (CN).Tianjin branch was established in 2012 and has 10 years of experience in China. The office provides services in the fields of architecture, construction and project management. The office designs art and cultural buildings, social and residential buildings, office and administration buildings as well as commercial and industrial buildings.

schneider + schumacher (s + s) has been nominated for design projects and won nearly one hundred domestic and foreign awards in 35 years, including the German Architectural Culture Award, the Mies van der Rohe Award, etc. And with close cooperation between China and Germany, it has won successively such awards as Tianjin No. 1 Middle School of Tianjin, Qianhai Justice Center, QianhaiTelecommunication Center, Zhaolian Headquarters, Hetao Science Center, Chengdu Jiaozi Park Financial Headquarters Industrial Park (Phase V), International Competition of Jinhua Central Innovation District (South Zone) Jinchuang Green Valley Conceptual Design and Phase I Architectural Schematic Design and many other outstanding projects.

· ‍建筑师（深圳、天津办公室各2名）

1.建筑学专业本科及以上学历；
2.有2年及以上工作经验，有大型公建、文化建筑、办公及商业建筑等业态项目经历；
3.至少参与过一个落地项目，具有全阶段设计工作经验（请在作品集中说明所任职务及工作内容）；
4.具备深厚的设计功底、熟悉行业规范，对建筑艺术有执着的追求，思维敏锐、活跃；
5.精通常用的设计软件如AutoCAD,Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite；
6.积极乐观，善于沟通，能够适应高速的工作环境，高效高质完成所负责的工作；
7.具备海外工作和学习背景或知名设计公司工作经验者优先；
8.具有良好的英语沟通能力。

· Architect（2 positions for Shenzhen and Tianjin offices）

1. Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in architecture；
2. 2 years or more working experience, with experience in large-scale public buildings, cultural buildings, office and commercial buildings and other industry projects；
3. Have been involved in at least one landed projectsd, with full-phase design work experience (please be specific about your role on these projects in your portfolio)；
4. Possess deep design skills and familiarity with industry standards, open-minded and strongly interested inarchitectural art；
5. Highlyskilled in AutoCAD, with a working knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite.；
6. Positiveenergy; with an ability to accelerate the communication and efficiency betweenclients, collaborators, consultants, and partners；
7. OverseasStudy and working experience as well as working experience in a well-known architecturaloffice will be preferred；
8. Fluency in English communication.

· 助理建筑师（深圳、天津办公室各2名）

1.建筑学专业本科及以上学历；
2.对建筑艺术有执着的追求，思维敏锐、活跃；
3.具有良好的建筑理论素养，和良好的建筑表现及表达能力；
4.团队合作精神强,有独立的工作能力和创造力，善于沟通和表达，责任心强；
5.精通Rhino, illustrator,InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD等专业软件；
6.具有海外留学或工作背景，或具有知名设计公司工作经验者优先考虑；
7.较流利的英文对话能力，能熟练的与其他非中国籍建筑师交流沟通。

· Assistance Architect（2 positions for Shenzhen and Tianjin offices）

1. Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in architecture;
2. Open-minded and strongly interested inarchitectural art;
3. Familiarityof architectural theory, performance and expression;
4. Strongteam spirit and the ability to work independently and creatively. Goodcommunicational skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
5. Proficiencyin Rhino, illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCad and otherprofessional software;
6. OverseasStudy and working experience as well as working experience in a well-knownarchitectural office will be preferred;
7. Capabilityof communicating with other non-Chinese architects in English on a professional level.

· 实习生（深圳、天津办公室各2名）

1.建筑学专业本科大三以上或者研究生在读；
2.常规实习期不短于6个月，暑期实习不短于3个月；
3.有出色的设计能力和学习研究能力；
4.熟练运用Rhino, Lumion，AutoCAD and Adobe Suite等专业软件，并擅长手工模型；
5.有实习经验者优先；

6.具有良好的英语沟通能力。

· Internship（2 positions for Shenzhen and Tianjin offices）

1. Minimum of three years ofarchitectural study in a bachelor degree program;
2. Regular internship periodof at least 6 months and summer internship period of at least 3 months;
3. Excellent design skillsand highly motivated to learn and develop oneself further;
4. Proficient in Rhino, illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop,AutoCADand good physical model building skills;
5. Experienced students willbe preferred;

6. Fluency in English communication.
