gmp新作 | 宁波广电融媒体科技创新大厦-建筑档案

由gmp·冯·格康，玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所设计的宁波广电融媒体科技创新大厦，以简洁清晰的功能组织，将演播室、新闻中心及行政办公等功能整合于一体，为宁波市增添了一座具有鲜明识别性的媒体及办公建筑。

Designed by architects von Gerkan, Marg and Partners (gmp), the Ningbo Broadcast & Television Group complex brings together television studios, a newsroom, and administrative offices within a clear architectural order. Completed in 2023, the development establishes a distinctive new media and office ensemble for the city of Ningbo.

2023年落成的宁波广电融媒体科技创新大厦位于城市东部新城北侧，毗邻甬江，处于滨江及跨江大桥的重要视线范围内。项目地上建筑面积约7.5万平方米，基地呈梯形。gmp设计了三座功能明确的建筑体量，并将其置于一个高7米的方形基座上。

Located in the northern part of Ningbo’s Eastern New Town, the complex is adjacent to the Yong River and prominently positioned within the visual corridor along the riverside and the San Guantang Bridge. With a gross above-ground floor area of approximately 75,000 square meters, the trapezoidal site accommodates three clearly defined building volumes arranged on a shared seven-meter-high square podium.

统一的基座抬升了建筑整体，使建筑群无论从三观堂跨江大桥还是江对岸都具有良好的可识别性。基座宽大的阶梯面向北侧滨江和沿江绿地，引导访客进入建筑，并将建筑自然融入周边城市景观。

Elevating the buildings on this common base enhances their visibility from both the bridge and the opposite riverbank. Broad steps on the northern side open to the waterfront promenade and green spaces, guiding visitors into the ensemble while integrating it into the surrounding urban landscape.

三个功能体量分别是东侧的演播室大楼，西南角的办公大楼和西北侧的新闻中心。三栋建筑单体在基座层互连，形成连续的空间。办公楼与演播室大楼之间架设了三座空中连廊，其材料和设计呼应了两座建筑首层的玻璃幕墙。

With the television studios to the east, the office building to the southwest, and the newsroom to the northwest, all three volumes are connected at podium level, creating a continuous spatial sequence. Three skybridges link the office building to the studio building, echoing the transparent glazed facades on the ground floor of both buildings in materiality and design.

演播室大楼共6层，设有一间1200平方米演播室、一间600平方米演播室及两间400平方米演播室。办公楼高60米，共13层，9至12层设计了开放共享的通高中庭，为现代化办公提供交流空间。新闻中心由一座较低的独立建筑组成，并设有独立入口。

The six-story studio building houses a 1,200-square-meter television studio, a 600-square-meter studio, and two studios of 400 square meters each. The office building is 60 meters high and comprises 13 stories. Between the eighth and eleventh floors, an open, multi-story atrium provides a shared space for communication. The newsroom occupies a separate, lower-rise building with its own dedicated entrance.

基座层大面积采用浅色花岗岩铺装，同一材料也应用于墙面、车行通道及台阶。演播室大楼和办公大楼的立面采用铝板竖向百叶系统，延续了基座浅色的整体基调,且不同角度观看呈现出富有变化的波浪状效果，呼应了宁波“海定则波宁”的城市意象。百叶之间设置玻璃幕墙，并结合可开启窗扇实现自然通风。新闻中心则采用全玻璃幕墙设计，突出独特性。演播室大楼屋顶铺设了光伏板，并结合屋顶绿化，进一步提升建筑的可持续性能。

The podium is extensively paved in light-colored granite, a material that is also used for the walls, access roads, and broad steps. The facades of both the studio building and the office building are defined by vertical aluminum fins that continue the podium's light-colored palette. Viewed from different angles, the fins create a dynamic, wave-like pattern, evoking Ningbo’s maritime identity, which is associated with the expression “When the sea is calm, the waves are at peace.” Glass facades are integrated between the fins and incorporate operable windows for natural ventilation. In contrast, the newsroom is enclosed by a fully glazed facade, giving it a distinct identity. Photovoltaic panels and a green roof on the studio building further enhance the development's environmental performance.
