历时两周，伍兹贝格全球首席执行官 Sarah Kay 近日圆满结束大中华区之行，先后到访香港、澳门、深圳与上海。此行不仅是项目巡礼，更成为与本土团队、客户及合作伙伴深入交流的重要契机，充分体现伍兹贝格深耕区域发展的战略承诺。

Woods Bagot CEO Sarah Kay recently completed a two-week visit across Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, and Shanghai, spending time across studios and with clients to see current projects and connect with local teams.

穿梭于各工作室，Sarah 与设计团队深入交流，参与 PechaKucha 项目 分享会，倾听设计创意背后的思考与心声。她表示：“短短几分钟的分享，我真切地感受到了大中华区团队对项目与设计倾注的饱满热忱、充沛能量与高效执行力，这正是我们最珍贵的团队底色。”

At each studio, Sarah joined team members for PechaKucha sharing sessions, walking through project spaces and engaging with the ideas shaping each studio’s work. “I loved seeing the passion and personality of our people come through in those short bursts. The energy in our Asia studio’s is at very high levels at the moment, a great sign of a high performing team,” she said.

作为此行重点，Sarah 参观了伍兹贝格在大中华区的多个重点项目。在香港与澳门，她与合伙人 赖 嘉骐 Christopher Lye、叶浩辉 Billy Ip，理事合伙人 郭慧珊 Winnie Kwok 以及设计师 袁梓轩 Herry Yuen 一同走访了希慎广场、澳门银河 Apple Store，以及 伦敦人 NBA 澳门 旗舰店。

The visit took in some of Woods Bagot’s most significant completed work in the region. In Hong Kong and Macau, accompanied by Principal Christopher Lye , Principal Billy Ip , Associate Principal Winnie Kwok, and Designer Herry Yuen, Sarah toured Hysan Place , the Macau Galaxy Apple Store, and NBA Macau at The Londoner.

In Shenzhen, Sarah visited the Meiyuan Cloud of Innovation Center . “Shenzhen moves at extraordinary speed, and standing at Meiyuan you feel that energy. It’s exciting to see Woods Bagot contributing to this skyline,” she said.

随后，伍兹贝格团队 与深圳特区建工集团（SZCG）领导层会面 。 作为大湾区城市建设的骨干力量，特区建工分享了其区域地标项目与战略布局。Sarah 表示：“特区建工的规模与抱负令人印象深刻，我们相信伍兹贝格的全球经验能为此提供有力支持。” 特区建工方面亦高度认可伍兹贝格的设计理念与国际视野，并表达了深化合作的积极意愿。

Sarah also met with the leadership of Shenzhen Special Zone Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (SZCG), one of the city’s leading state-owned enterprises driving urban development. Joined by Hub Executive Chair – Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Singapore Christopher Lye , Associate Principals Ben Ke and Katsuhiro Ozawa , and Shenzhen Studio Leader Sunny Sun , the delegation met with SZCG’s senior management, who presented the group’s portfolio of landmark projects and its role in shaping the Greater Bay Area. “What impressed me at SZCG was their scale and ambition. It’s clear our global expertise can complement their vision,” Sarah said. SZCG’s leadership praised Woods Bagot’s international perspective and design approach, expressing strong interest in deepening cooperation.

在上海，Sarah 与全球高级董事合伙人、区域执行主席-北京&上海 黄馨谚 Pearl Huang、商务负责人蒋宛真 Jade Jiang共同拜访上海地产集团、浦发集团等企业高层，就城市更新、综合体开发及未来合作机遇展开深入交流。会谈中，伍兹贝格分享了以设计驱动城市价值提升、激活公共空间、促进可持续发展的全球实践与经验。Sarah 表示：“上海是一座历史底蕴深厚、充满活力的国际化城市，其兼顾历史传承与前瞻创新的发展路径令人印象深刻。伍兹贝格期待将全球经验与本地洞察相结合，与上海合作伙伴共同打造更多具有国际影响力的城市地标，为城市创造更具韧性、更富吸引力的未来。”

In Shanghai, Sarah, together with Director & Hub Executive Chair – Beijing & Shanghai, Pearl Huang, and Business Development Leader, Jade Jiang, met with senior leaders from Shanghai Land and PDG to explore collaborations in urban regeneration and mixed-use sectors. During the meetings, Woods Bagot shared its global experience in creating long-term urban value through design, revitalising public spaces, and advancing sustainable development. Sarah said: “Shanghai is a truly global city that seamlessly balances a rich cultural heritage with a spirit of innovation. It is inspiring to see how the city continues to evolve while retaining its distinctive identity. We look forward to combining our global expertise with local insight to deliver world-class destinations with our partners, contributing to a more resilient, vibrant and future-ready city.”

随后，高级理事 冯海花 Haihua Feng 与项目负责人魏维 Sky Wei 亦陪同 Sarah 出席了 与金桥股份的会谈，推进 碧云综合体项目合作 。 Sarah 指出 ：“碧云不仅是一个综合体开发项目，更有潜力成为创新、生活与生态交汇的社区催化器。” 之后，她还参观了新近完工的上海壹中心，并强调：“伍兹贝格的办公室内团队是全球 18 个工作室中协作最紧密的领域之一，这也让我们在全球范围内始终保持高水准的设计输出。”

Sarah also met with client Golden Bridge to advance the ongoing collaboration on the Biyun Mixed Use Project, joined by Senior Associate Haihua Feng, and Project Leader Sky Wei. “Biyun has the potential to be more than a development, it can become a catalyst where innovation, daily life, and ecology converge into a true community,” Sarah said of the project. The visit also took in the newly completed Shanghai One Center. “Our workplace team is one of the most globally connected sectors across our 18 studios – and this connectivity shows in the consistency of the design quality across the world,” Sarah added.

伍兹贝格在全球各工作室和项目中始终追求设计卓越，这在很大程度上有赖于团队间的紧密联动。“这次能够与大中华区团队面对面交流，并看到众多全球团队成员深度参与本土项目设计，我感到非常欣慰。” Sarah 总结说。

“Our pursuit for consistent design excellence across all of our studios and all of out projects relies heavily on personal relationships, it was great to connect with the Asia team and also see so many of the global team in the region for projects”.
