gmp新作 | 上海之禾时尚产业园——时尚 × 可持续生产 × 设计-建筑档案

近年来，一处集时装展示空间、都市农业、高端智慧物流与精品服装智造于一体的园区已逐步投入全面运营。沿 G60 高速经松江驶入上海，途经漕河泾松江产业园时，一栋简约雅致的建筑群会在周边多元环境中格外醒目。

A place for fashion shows, urban farming, high-tech logistics, and refined garment production has gradually reached full operation over recent years. Traveling along the G60 Expressway via Songjiang to Shanghai, drivers will notice a building complex of refined simplicity standing out amid the diverse surroundings of the Caohejing Songjiang Industrial Area.

这是由之禾卡纷集团委托打造的之禾时尚产业园，整体由两组相连的建筑体块构成，整合物流中心、仓储及生产配套功能。一座总长 236 米、玻璃幕墙立面的连廊横跨两栋建筑侧翼，凌空架于园区主入口上方，无论白昼黑夜，都成为极具辨识度的城市地标。

The ICICLE Fashion Industry Park, commissioned by ICCF Group , combines a logistics center with storage and production facilities across two interlinked building volumes. Spanning the entire length of the two building wings and floating above the main entrance to the complex, a 236-meter-long bridge with a glass curtain wall façade makes the project a prominent landmark by both day and night.

连廊层布局行政办公与专业智造空间；主入口上方设有无柱大空间秀场大厅，兼顾时装发布与员工活动使用。

The bridge level accommodates administrative offices and specialized manufacturing areas, as well as a spacious, column-free catwalk hall above the main entrance for fashion shows and staff activities.

横跨主入口 50 米、高达 8 米的钢桁架结构，透过通透立面清晰可见。连廊建筑独立于四层主楼体量，宛若悬浮于入口之上，既为 V 型入口空间遮风挡雨，又不遮挡绿植采光。

The 8-meter-high steel truss structure, spanning 50 meters across the main entrance, is clearly visible through the transparent façades. Set apart from the four-story main building volume, the bridge structure appears to float above the entrance, providing shelter for the V-shaped entrance feature while still allowing sufficient sunlight for the plantings.

作为时装展示主场的中央活动空间，可同时眺望入口景观与屋顶花园；花园平日可作为活动户外聚会场地。秀场空间层高 6.5 米，无时装展演时段，可供员工开展羽毛球、乒乓球等休闲文体活动。连廊层全线设置一体化遮阳玻璃廊道，串联所有功能分区，动线流畅贯通。

The central activity space, where the fashion shows take place, offers views toward both the entrance area and the roof garden, which is used for outdoor gatherings during events. Between fashion shows, the 6.5-meter-high space is used by staff for recreational activities such as badminton and table tennis. A glazed corridor with integrated sun shading extends along the entire length of the bridge level, connecting all functions.

园区屋顶规划2400 平方米都市农业空间，种植果树与时令蔬菜，为员工食堂供应新鲜食材。场地南侧保留原生湿地、屋顶配置光伏板，并自建污水处理站；精心营造的园林景观，充分彰显业主对绿色可持续、健康低碳生产理念的践行。

Fruit trees and vegetables are cultivated across 2400 square meters of urban farming space on the roof terrace, providing fresh produce for the staff canteen. Together with the preserved wetland area to the south of the site, the rooftop photovoltaic panels, and an on-site water treatment plant, the carefully maintained garden underscores the owners’ commitment to sustainable and healthy production.

场地南侧四层物流楼造型规整，仓储及自动分拣区域采用封闭式立面设计。物流卸货设于架空首层，配备专用装卸平台；首层布局自动化货品分拣系统，西侧通高四层的中庭空间，设置全自动平置货品仓储分拣系统。上部三层专为挂装衣物仓储使用，并通过挂装输送轨道系统与首层实现互联互通。

The four-story logistics building on the southern part of the site is a compact volume with closed façades in the storage and automated goods-sorting areas. Deliveries are handled on a raised ground floor with dedicated dock areas. The ground floor accommodates automated goods sorting, while a four-story-high hall along the western side contains a fully automated storage and sorting system for flat-laid goods. The upper three levels are dedicated to the storage of hanging garments, interconnected with the ground level by a hanging garment transportation rail system.

主入口北侧为生产主楼，四层建筑围绕内院排布服装质检、仓储及生产车间；首层同时配套咖啡厅、会议室与品牌展示空间。

To the north of the main entrance, the production wing is accessed, with garment inspection, storage, and workshop areas arranged across four floors around an inner courtyard. The ground floor also houses a café, meeting rooms, and an exhibition space.

园区内部道路北侧，设有一栋约 100 米长的六层建筑，作为员工食堂及宿舍公寓。宿舍单间与套间均配备独立阳台，二层设公共活动室，并连通开阔露台与屋顶绿化空间。

Across the internal road to the north, a canteen and staff accommodation are provided in an approx. 100 meter long, 6 level residential building. Each room and apartment features a balcony, while common rooms are located on the second level, with access to a spacious terrace and rooftop greenery.

建筑利落柔和的圆角造型、素雅光洁的浅色抹灰立面，已成为之禾产业园的标志性设计语言。这套设计元素后续也被 gmp 建筑师事务所沿用至集团其他在建项目，新近落成的之禾时尚海门研发中心便采用了同款设计手法。

The expressive rounded corners of the buildings and smooth, light plaster façades have become signature features of ICICLE factory designs. These design elements have subsequently been applied in other projects under construction by gmp, including the recently completed ICICLE Fashion Haimen R & D Center.
