Aedas新作 | 珠海横琴保税区，都市中的热带雨林-建筑档案

马溜洲水道一河两岸，分布着横琴保税一体化的黄金三角——珠海保税区、十字门中央商务区以及横琴中央商务区，它将是珠海这一大湾区门户枢纽重要的南进西拓载体。其中保税区作为珠海城市新中心的核心区，其南部将是区域一体化发展的新中心，由Aedas打造的珠海浩发临江尚品正位于此。

The Haofa Shangpin Project is located in a scenic area in the Zhuhai Free Trade Zone, overlooking the waterway and green valley at the new city centre. Steeped in a pulsing environment, it is also close to a key rail transit transfer center station.

项目位于保税区南部的中心地带，南眺马溜洲水道及沿岸中央绿谷，西邻中心渠绿轴，是保税区中一类景观风景区，并且临近1号、2号、4号轨道交通线的换乘中心站。“项目有着极佳的地理条件，我们希望可以充分利用景观资源，在建筑稠密的核心区打造出一座脱颖而出并融入周边肌理的地标建筑。”Aedas执行董事胡庆峰提出“城市雨林”的概念，通过垂直公园、绿色平台及空中绿色飘台等元素，将建筑的形象性、市民及使用者所需的公共性以及对于城市的生态性三者完美结合，融入设计之中。

"The project has excellent geographical conditions. We hope that we can make hay with landscape resources to create a landmark building that stands out and blends into the surrounding texture," Aedas Executive Director Kelvin Hu said.

设计将塔楼与北侧地块对称分布，并通过裙楼将塔楼彼此连接，以开放的绿地与北部地块共同构成开阔的广场，共同形成面向城市绿轴的开放空间，使绿色向城市腹地自然延续。

为缓解高密度城市带来的封闭与压迫感，设计选取“热带雨林”为意象概念，将广场、裙房和塔楼比喻为热带雨林分层结构中的地面层、中间层和冠层。高耸的塔楼通过体量分割咬合，打破呆板的建筑轮廓，圆角设计，灵动柔美，搭配竖向线条的立面设计，犹如热带雨林中的参天大树。裙房流动曲线与塔楼自然呼应，通过多种立面材质形成错落有致的虚实对比，独特的伞状支柱作为贯通各层的垂直元素，将建筑形象整合为一体。

Employing a sweeping vertical narrative, the development’s retail, hotel and office elements are placed in an ascending order. Two high-rise towers are connected through a green podium, which is designed as an extension of the surrounding urban green space. The layered porous structure echoes that of a tropical rainforest, whose image serves as a counterpoised figure to the hermetic high-density city.

设计充分考虑市民及办公人士的社交休闲需求，在裙房及塔楼打造了垂直立体的多层级绿色开放公共空间。 裙房首层无缝连接周边交通节点及北侧开放绿地，让往来人流在便利通达中可以在中央的公共中庭汇聚交流；中间楼层通过城市通廊与周边建筑有机连接；裙楼顶层设有城市花园，消弭室内外空间界限。而塔楼屋顶作为第五立面，被打造成为空中花园，局部打开的避难层形成了空中绿色平台，在办公之余可饱览周边生态美景。

Focused on the ecological objective, vertical greening is a significant feature for the project. The result is a series of multi-level green public space: at ground level, the podium is seamlessly connected to nearby traffic nodes and the open green space on the north side; the upper floors are organically linked to the surrounding buildings through the urban corridors, and the podium rooftop is equipped with a city garden, strewn with flourishing tropical plants.

此外，设计充分利用自然光线，在裙楼屋顶打造了多个天窗，将阳光引入室内；阳光中庭高挑通透，与城市走廊一同将通风引入建筑内部，打破室内外空间界限，营造出贴近自然的购物氛围。由于裙楼除商业外，还需容纳市民的休闲空间、车辆停放以及设备用房等配套功能，设计通过裙楼屋顶的城市花园，将公共生活抬升，营造多重市民空间，并在地面两层商业及平台之间设置架空层容纳停车、设备等功能。

Through creating multiple skylights on the podium rooftop and providing ventilation, the boundaries between indoor and outdoor are obscured, engendering a pleasant shopping atmosphere. The concept is further reified through the installation of umbrella-shaped columns, green platforms and floating terraces, attracting pedestrians to converge and interact at the central atrium.
