捷报 | 深圳龙岗龙腾综合体荣获香港城市土地学会2021年城市设计优胜奖-建筑档案

9 月 23 日，伍兹贝格担纲总体规划与建筑设计的深圳龙岗龙腾综合体荣获香港城市设计学会（HKIUD）2021 年城市设计大奖“规划与概念设计”优胜奖，伍兹贝格合伙人赖嘉骐与陈磊受邀出席颁奖典礼，与业界同仁共享盛事。

Congratulations to Shenzhen Longgang Longteng Urban Regeneration on winning a Merit Award in the Plan/Concept category of the Urban Design Awards 2021 by the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design(HKIUD). Woods Bagot Principal Christopher Lye and Charlie Chen has presented at the award ceremony and joined in the celebration with professionals alike in the industry.

我们非常高兴看到该项目继 2016 年被评为深圳市重点项目，2019 年获得深圳市规划局批复之后再取佳绩。

We're thrilled to see this project picking up another prestigious honour after being rated by Shenzhen Government as one of Shenzhen’s “Most Important Projects in 2016,” and approved by Shenzhen Planning Bureau in 2019.

作为贯穿整个基地的龙岗河滨水区域复兴的核心，伍兹贝格团队遵循社区、可持续性、基础设施连通性、商业体验和滨水生活方式的设计原则，并与深圳城市及文化特色相融合，成为龙岗片区更新迈出的第一步，更将是激活整个深圳东部发展的关键。

Central to the rejuvenation of a river park area running through the site, this project was developed following principles of community, sustainability, infrastructural connectivity, retail experience, and modern lifestyle, applied to the local characteristics of Shenzhen. This is the first step to regenerate Longgang district not just for this site, but the whole of Shenzhen East.
