新世界发展有限公司去年8月投得毗邻中共一大会址的上海黄浦区淮海中路地块。日前，落户该地块的K11项目正式宣布动工。它将成为上海全新的文化零售地标，为顾客带来沉浸式的“创意之旅”。K11致力于为社会的长远发展提供动力，同时为更广泛的社区创造共享价值。

项目集结全球顶尖设计团队的创意力量，其中包括BIG建筑事务所, Leigh & Orange、Lead8以及P Landscape Co. Ltd等知名机构。设计团队将在历史建筑调研、文化建筑及景观设计等多个领域展开深入合作，保护并修复地块内的历史建筑，活化并充分发挥其历史与文化价值。

新世界·K11上海淮海中路地块正式动工

This project will become an iconic cultural-retail landmark of the city. Taking the public on an immersive Journey of Imagination, K11 strives to create a momentum for long-term social development, meanwhile creating shared value for the wider community.

The design team includes the world's top creative minds including BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group and Leigh & Orange Architects, as well as Lead8, and P landscape Co. Ltd. The design team will collaborate closely in the fields of historical building research, cultural architecture, and landscape design, to preserve and restore the historic buildings in the land parcel, letting its cultural and heritage value shine to the fullest.
