3 Year Anniversary of Southbank by Beulah Being Announced as the Winning Scheme

On 15th August 2018, UNStudio and Cox Architecture was officially announced as the winners of Melbourne's landmark Southbank.

3年间,我们始终在继续深化设计.

We have been working on this project continuously for the last three years.

In March 2020,City of Melbourne’s Future Melbourne Committee, VictoriaState Government give green light to Southbank by Beulah in Melbourne.

2021年5月,业主Beulah收购汉诺威大厦地块,使得项目扩大1,515平方米.

In May 2021 Beulah acquired iconic site Hanover House with plans to extend Melbourne Southbank project by 1,515 sqm.

项目预计将于明年(2022年)初开始施工,需5年左右的施工周期.

The construction of Southbank by Beulah is expected to start in early 2022, and will take approximately five years to complete.
